- I'm super excited to share my first day as a PhD student! I'm starting a PhD in personality psychology at the University of Melbourne, and today I'm working from home on admin tasks, organising my life and doing some reading. Hope you enjoy!

Ahh I was really excited to finally start my PhD so it kept me going! Not all days are going to be like this. Having something to look forward to also really helps :)
How much is phd stipend for a year usually?
It depends on the scholarship/uni! It's normally about $22,000-34,000 AUD a year in Australia.
