I rate this at a solid 5 stars, and at its current price of $100 (CAD) I would strongly recommend this. at its regular price of $159 (CAD) I would be more hesitant, but if I knew I would like it (which I do) I would consider it.
Well built, with lots of replay. This is MUCH better than the Roaring tiger and would recommend it to any curious child over 6 years old.

Will any computer or android work to program it?

Android or Apple device. It connects via bluetooth. I don't believe (haven't checked) there is a PC based way of programming it

Ah, I see. I have an Amazon Echo Plus which is a bluetooth device. Im curious to see if it will work with voice command.... probably not, but worth a try. Thanks!
