  • We all have days when we are down emotionally. Especially when on a journey of healing and recovery. Often when we are down people will tell you to “lift your chin up” “think positive” and yet sometimes that jus doesn’t seem to work. Sometimes it’s too hard, or you just aren’t in the
    Mood....and that’s ok. This is a short video about what I do when I am not feeling on top of the world emotionally. If you want some methods for how to get through your emotions please look at my emotional release video.
