Now that is a hot model, and so is the lady.
Saw him on threes company. He would always taunt Jack.
By far the best looking muscle ever made.."Dodge, the brotherhood of muscle"
Who would have thought in 1969 that this bodystyle would eventually become such an icon...
TheNova64000.........Dodge couldnt make enough of them, otherwise they would have sold more of them...
Chrysler was always like that, they had demand for a product, but they didnt have the capacity to build them..
Another one was the Plymouth Road Runner, they could have tripled the sales they said but they again didnt have the capacity to build more, damn shame !!!!
@Over Under Sideways Down it was the exact same body
@Over Under Sideways Down 68,69 and 70 have the same body, with small changes in grilles and tail lights. That is like saying I like the 71 Nova best.....they are the same from 68- 72.
@Over Under Sideways Down yea but the EXACT SAME BODY
@Over Under Sideways Down Ok, how about I like the 70 Corvette when the 68- 72 look the same. Or I like the 73 Challenger when the 70- 74 Challenger look the same.
Those Dodge boys sure knew how to make a commercial
SAY IT LOUDER!!!! It's depressing seeing how great commercial was before to turn so bad nowadays.
Ahh, back when natural beauty ruled the earth...
But makeup was still a thing
It _still_ does, in the form of the 2008 and beyond Dodge Charger and Challenger, as well as the current Camaro, the more recent BMW cars, and a few Japanese ones like the Nissan Skyline and the (now sadly gone) Hyundai Tiburon/Genesis.
@@Neville60001 not talking about the cars, pal
Great lines and a nice chassis. And the car looks good, too.
Had a 69, 383, 2 barrel, still run over 120 mph, white with a black vinyl top, thrush mufflers with the woodpecker on them❤️❤️
Around 1994 or so I bought a VHS tape from a company that sold videocassettes of classic car commercials. I think I had read a blurb about the company in Muscle Car Review or Muscle Car Classics. The tape was all muscle car ads from 1962 to 1975. This one was on it. That's what you had to do back before RUclips! : D
That was my first car in 1980 when I came to the US from Germany exactly the same car
Let’s say this girl 👧 was about 27 years old in this commercial today in 2020
If she is still alive , she would be about 77 years old , OUCH !!! Time fly’s quickly
Looked like Barbie Benton.
Oh and now I have a 1970 Charger and a 72 Challenger can't get it out of my blood
sounds like the song from Dionne Warwick's Do You Know The Way To San Jose?" right?
It is.
Not only was the Charger used as the General Lee in the Dukes of Hazzard, but it was also used as the favorite muscle car of Dominic Toretto in the Fast and Furious movies.
Don't forget the movie Bullitt. Iconic real car chase no CGI.
Charger was in Christine, Blue Streak, Blade.
Beautiful car. I also like the soundtrack by Burt Bacharach, "Do you know the way to San Jose"
I'll take one, thanks.
Love these commercials
Real class
That's Felipe from 3s Company. Gino Conforti is his name.
I’m sold!

Classic Dodge Charger is the best muscle car!
I remember the matador actor from Three's Company, he played a cook.
Gino Conforti.
Blue eyed brunettes, the best.
she looks just amazing ....and the car looks great too...
The women back then 😍🌹
This Dodge Fever commercial was written by Joan Parker, oh my god
I love the Dodge Girls. You can have today's bovines.
gimme back my black 69 charger rt crying...good commercial,,plus love the tune. do you know the way to San Jose...awesome!!!!
Erica Burns , those cars lasted at least 2000,000 miles or more provided that you keep maintenance on them !!!❤️💋
That's "FILEPE" from "THREE'S COMPANY"!
Very cool and a thumbs up !
I think that actor was on 'Three's Company' later on.
Gino Conforti. Played a guy who worked at the same restaurant with "Jack Tripper."🤔📺B.W.
Chrysler products always did have the best Air Conditioners, even in their clunkers.
That's because Chrysler was expensive
Why they owned the air conditioning company Airtemp
Part of the reason I miss my '80 Plymouth Volare.
Buy a Charger and you will get blown......................................away.
'Optional air-conditioning'... yes... it used to be optional! Same with power brakes and steering!
Cool
For decades I never really liked the looks of the Super Bee front end in '70. But now year's later, when I like to see a "survivor" of any make or model if it is old and still on the road, I've changed my mind. It is just so "different" that it is cool! Many people don't like the looks of the front end of my favorite muscle car the '71-'72 Satellite/Road Runner/GTX is ugly.
El legandario dodge charger R/T 440 del 69 Bro buen video menos mal que yo tengo todos los charger Bro
Dodge Charger by Chrysler Motor Corporation, also assembled in Argentina and Brazil
They sold new for $3600. That's about $31,000 in today's money.
shit i have a fever now.
It's Philipe from Three's Company
Pero en fin buen video los muscle Cars Bro el charger apareció pa enfrentar al Mustang y al Camaro
Dodge actually turned this into a 4 door for why?
because the challenger. It doesn't make sense anymore for one company to make so many 2 door cars with pretty much the same performance figures.
@@strike9716 That's an odd response because the 4-door Charger came out way before the Challenger did...a full 3 years before (2005 vs 2008). My personal take on it is, Ford hit a home run with the resurrection of the 2005 Mustang echoing body design similar to the late 60's Mustangs. Chrysler was caught behind and rushed out a Charger based on the LX platform and IMO crapped the bed. Most people were not too smitten by that resurrection of the Charger as it bore almost no design characteristics of the beautiful Chargers of the past, nor the gorgeous 1999 Charger prototype that never got made. So in order to appease the disappointed muscle-car enthusiasts, Dodge finally got it right and came out with the Challenger. I may not be on the money but that's how it felt back in those early 2000's. And I'm no Mustang fan...I have a 1970 Charger and really wanted Dodge to have a proper response to the 'Stang. That LX-based Charger was craptastic. But on the good side, Dodge made the Magnum instead! I own a 2005 Magnum RT AWD as well.
That women is about 80 now.
Filippe!
Is the model driving the car Victoria Principle?
+mworke No, she is Sasha Grey))
No, the model's name driving the '69 Dodge Charger is Joan Parker and she was the Dodge Cars "Fever Girl."
Do you know the way to San Jose♪
How could they know they built a car that would one day fly through the air! (01)
Starring Gino Conforti and Joan Parker
Gino Conforti played the barber in _Man of LaMancha_ .
I don't think i would ever get a car without A/C , but a $400 option on a $2400 car,
Jumped mine
Hey 😎 👍
Omg that is so so sexy and hot looking. The car is ot bad either lol
Felipe!
the mexican actor was in threes company!
El grupo chrisler Bro vaya
Gino Conforti...still alive at 87 and just married in 2016...sly devil.
MY FIRST CAR WAS A 68 CHARGER SE, FULLY LOADED!!!!! 383, Automatic on the Column Transmission, Ice Cold Air. Bucket Seats with a Buddy Seat. I LOVED THAT CAR. I HAD MY FIRST STEADY GIRLFRIEND THAT COULD GO ON CAR DATES WITH THIS CAR!!!!!! HER DAD WAS ALSO A MOPAR MAN!!!!!
Probably sold for under 5k new.
Jajaja, he was looking at the car and the bully hit him jaja
As long if it's the General Lee.
yup thats y the second generation of dodge chargers are iconic 68 69 70 not to mention since the dukes of hazzard helped the chargers become more popular as 271 to 351 chargers were used in the tv series and most of them were distoryed
Yes they wrecked them, but they actually helped to save them...People would have crushed them but they said ..hey thats the car from that show, lets keep it maybe it will be worth some money !! Today you can still find many old Charger's that could be saved..I restored 29 68-70 Chargers and I bought the $800 - $5000 shell, rusted, crashed ones and turned them into pristine Charger R/T clones for the most part, some I kept if they were 383 cars,I built them to 460 horse and 540 torque !! 440's I built them up more...I started in the 80's fixing them myself along with other Moars, but the B bodies I adore and restore..Some E bodies and some fullsize C bodies too, those are like a bigger Charger for driving feel and power ,its like a 69 440 Charger with 3 of your buddies with you,so still rockets !
Felipe😅
I'd get the 318 myself....... NOT!!
Hm. So commercial were stupid and tacky then too
Stupid commercial compared to the GTO one.
?
I love the Dodge Chargers but not Bullfighting..should have been banned years ago
That is truly the dumbest commercial ever.
I bought a 68 charger in 82 for 650 dollars I snapped both motor mounts and the motor smashed into the frame
I love the Dodge Chargers but not Bullfighting..should have been banned years ago
