+Arvey Oliveros I don't know the dimensions on the air mattress I used but I can tell you it was a queen size bed. If I didn't mention the time it took to deflate the mattress, I don't remember. I know it took many minutes. personally I wouldn't buy it as a deflator alone. There are better products out there like vacuums if you want to deflate items quickly but I would say buy this if you need a good portable cordless inflator for tires.
I set mine to 37, hook it to my car tire, press inflate and two seconds later it shows me 135 PSI!? This works great on sports equipment but I think I got a LEMON?
I love this machine. Had it for many years but the hose has developed a hole. Tried tape but does not work. It’s in perfect working order other than this issue. Would be a shame to get rid of it for such a ‘minor’ problem. Can anyone point me in the correct direction ie hose replacement videos etc.
Went through 5 of these on a RV tire needing 110 psi. does one tire and, POP. Something breaks inside. Love the tool, but need reliability on the road. I do hope they fix this tool as I have many others, and would like the versitality mof this product.
Great review.dude but is there a ultra high power high volume air pump for air mattress need to be battery power for camping use can pump thing up in a min ?
Tool Craze i was looking for something a bit unusual something very powerful can inflate air mattresses like airbag in your car something quick not sure how to describe it current device is a bit slow haha =.=
Kenneth Kwan all the mattress inflators I've used have all been slow whether battery powered or corded. That would be funny if you could inflate one as fast as an airbag buy it might pop. If you want to inflate a mattress super fast, you could try one of them blowers you know the high powered kind used for blowing leaves. That will drastically cut down the inflation time. The only issue would be finding a fitting to hook up the blower to the mattress vent.
Tool Craze dont mean to asking silly question but i just dont like the time it take to pump up the airmattress... i have been thinking about some kind or portable CO2 pump that use in bicycle blower might be a good idea i can always DIY adapter for it , dont really need it to be as fast as an airbag but something like 1min.... any good mid size or even small size blower that power by battery you can suggest ?
@@ToolCraze l did not state that you said it was quiet. You are the only one who reviewed this and took out the noise, so that makes people think it is quiet. What don't you get?
Have you tried changing the units from PSI to either of the other two? Mine will not change, just wondering if yours does. Ryobi says exchange it, just figured I would see if anyone else even tried.
The deflate function is for high volume/low pressure stuff like air mattresses only so no but deflating car tires is easy as I'm sure you know and you don't need this to deflate them, actually you technically can use this by inserting the hose to the tire valve stem but don't lock in place and the air will escape. Or just use the other end of a tire pressure gauge, works just the same.
Your answer is at the start of the video in the specs list after the description. It's in scfm's so you'll have to translate that into liters. Or Google the model number, I'm sure you'll find your info. :)

Great review. I wish Milwaukee had something like this for their 18volt line-up.
Mike L. Thanks Mike L, would be great if they did

I would reach out to Ryobi for warranty repair if I were you.
Love this use it everywhere and it’s very easy to use as well one of my favorite ryobi tools
oh wow...yes I need this...tires of running to the gas station for air
I like that Ryobi's got a lineup that covers a wide variety of applications at a great price. Can't stand the the bright green/yellow though...
John Xiong same here, like that you don't need separate battery platforms if you need an inflator like this or outdoor power equipment
Man nice runtime and I can't believe why a lot of the competition don't have thurs General tools in there line . Great Javier!!
Mike Z thanks Mike Z, the runtime is impressive. Especially considering it took several minutes on the vehicle tires- each!
Picked one up a few weeks ago and really digging it. Easy to use, dig the digital scale, and like dialing in the exact psi and walking away.
Cesar Lopez that's awesome bro, congrats on the new inflator

Looks like a handy thing to have around, Nice review Javier
regopit44 thanks Carroll!
so you can also use it with a nail gun?
like with a normal compressor
You can't use it to power a nail gun. It's not designed for that, it's designed for inflating tires and sports balls and air mattresses, etc.
Thanks for another great review, im loving your channel 👍
+BrenticusMaximus1 thanks bro!
Presta adapter, nice! I love the set it and forget it function.
Brien awesome feature
I hope to see more ryobi tool reviews.
Cody Robertson got another one+ tool review coming up
Thx bro good vid
docsavagexl thanks man
My Ryobi inflates about 6 lbs. lower than it's readout indicates.
Great review.dude
but is there a ultra high power high volume air pump for air mattress need to be battery power for camping use can pump thing up in a min ?
Kenneth Kwan thanks Kenneth, this inflator can inflate air mattresses. The large queen bed in the video took a few minutes to inflate.
Tool Craze i was looking for something a bit unusual something very powerful

Warning, not silent like he would make us to believe. Makes a lot of noise, but thats to be expected, so a bit missleading there.
When did I say it was quiet? Add a time stamp to where I mentioned it was quiet.
@@ToolCraze l did not state that you said it was quiet. You are the only one who reviewed this and took out the noise, so that makes people think it is quiet.
What don't you get?
common sense that a tool with a motor and compressor makes noise
@@ToolCraze Yours didnt make noise though ..Common sense says show people how it sounds.
HOW MUCH , ONLY $40 , HERE IN AUSTRALIA OUR HARDWARE CHAIN ( BUNNINGS ) SELLS IT FOR $99.. UNLUCKY FOR US !
That was years ago when I made the video, now they're about $50-55 USD but still not a bad price.
Does the inflator have a max pressure? I was wondering if it could be used to fill a sup board, only needs 15 psi pressure
yes it does, I'm sure I mentioned max number in the specs
Have you tried changing the units from PSI to either of the other two? Mine will not change, just wondering if yours does. Ryobi says exchange it, just figured I would see if anyone else even tried.
Can you deflate tyres aswell say for offroading?
The deflate function is for high volume/low pressure stuff like air mattresses only so no but deflating car tires is easy as I'm sure you know and you don't need this to deflate them, actually you technically can use this by inserting the hose to the tire valve stem but don't lock in place and the air will escape. @@ToolCraze or just use a stick 😂
What pressure does the high volume inflator side go to?
Zathras the high volume low pressure side it doesn't have a max pressure- only the high pressure low volume side has a max psi kpa pressure
Very good review , Thanks !
thanks for watching!
Is it any good at removing dust from parts?
no, not enough pressure on the exhaust port
great video.thanks. just ordered one of these!!!
Nice
best review ever!
Brilliant I got 1
this one is discontinued they have a newer updated model. check out my channel for the review thanks
LPM?
Can you restate your question so it makes sense?
Tool Craze How many litre per minute can this machine produce;
litre of air I mean

Thanks man!
