thank you guys for making these vids! I really wish those old skits were financially viable to continue cuz they were my favourite skits on RUclips, but these podcasts are great. Im glad I saw the imp and skizz podcast so I could discover this channel and I wish I found it sooner. Good luck!
Me: *lays down, gets ready to sleep, searching for a video to fall asleep to* Kris and Jack: posts an episode of A World Without Also me: Guess I'm not sleeping
Another great and funny one. Why does listening about hypothetical messing up the world make me appreciate it more? And I, too, fall asleep to this podcast--but never the first time through! 😊
I am an American who has set all my devices to 24 Hour time. I think AM/PM is confusing, I keep forgetting whether 12:00 AM is noon or midnight. I also have tried setting my phone to Celsius.
I interact so much with people in the UK, but I guess I have never asked them what time it is, because the idea that y'all use 2400 time and not AM/PM is totally news to me. And yeah, if you say it's 17:30, I really go blank and have to stop and subtract 12 from it to realize what time of day that even is.
Something I thought of -- speed is distance divided by time, as in meters per second or miles per hour. So in a world without time, does that mean you can't get pulled over for speeding anymore?
45:50 Hang on, wouldn't a Quetta Year be gigantically bigger than a Quetta Second? (assuming the Quetta bit refers to the amount of zeros?) A Quetta Jiffy or a Quetta Plank Time would be smaller surely?
2 minutes into the video and my video began buffering and no RUclips video would play for about 10 minutes, so I assume that's how it would feel like lol
I feel like those watches that don’t tell the time would come into fashion. They look like a watch… but instead just have little ducks stuck to the face or something
@@stefansauvageonwhat-a-twis1369 Really? That’s disappointing. I was envisioning a clock with 24 at the top, 12 at the bottom, slower gear ratio. So a.m. and p.m. designations are quicker and easier because they don’t involve maths. Got it. 👍😆
If time stopped, I'm not so sure you'd be able to enjoy a constant sunset... vision uses the reflection and emission of light, and if time itself stops so does the motion of light. So the entire world would either be pitch black or you'd get random flashes of vision of random items/locations as you moved and interacted with random light waves. That... doesn't sound so fun.... O.o

Thanks for another episode! The show deserves more viewers or.. listeners.
Fun fact, a lot of microwaves do have a steam sensor, that's how the popcorn and other buttons work

14:52 I believe time zones and maybe? clocks were invented because of trains. Something like that.
Great episode!!!
22:18 is indeed true 😭, Im Dutch and also have a problem with reading analog clocks, especially with the mouth full of words used to say the time.

Ah, time for another great po-......
guess not
is joke bcause no time btw I think ill find it wonderful
🤔 What does a 24 hour analog clock look like?
That just a regular clock, it goes around twice per day and we just add 12 if its past noon

heh that's fun to imagine tho @@StarNanny
Do I have time to listen to this? No. But does that matter since the subject is time? I'm confused
yeah with the cheaking the time and geting those numbers i think its just habit of having to look at a clock at that time or something

The thing I hate it the people who say 2am in the morning...... AM is the morning.......2am in the afternoon doesn't exist
In a world without time does that mean I'm technically first? 😅 /j
Fantastic episode! 12/10
