We like them bc we can build the trailer we want. Also way cheaper typically then the complete build. When something breaks we can fix it pretty quick🙏🫡

Can you make a video know you square up the lines on a new layout?
Good job/video. But as someone who does asphalt/seal coating. That looks like a lot more than 2000ft lf of cf. And when you spray, how does the finished result look without a finish broom? We always broom for uniform finish
Honestly it was probably deff more then 2,000. We kinda got lost in it for how beat up the lot was lol but the spray finish looks amazing. Anything over 10k square feet we are typically spraying unless they are paying for it to be brushed🫡 keep crushing it brother🙏📈

How do you estimate the linear footage? I got pretty good at eye balling driveways over the years but I tend to come up short when I bid on parking lots
Really for us comes down to tracking everything. We took our loses early on 😂 now we have a good gage on it. We don’t tar gator cracks. Or we will do 10-15% of a square foot area. So like 1000 LF every 10,000 square feet.
