Greeting from Canada How is your restoration on your Oldsmobile is going ? These are good cars I remember these growing up in the 70s and 80s, my parents owned many of these G and B series from GM .
No matter how long it takes you to stay fully committed to your dream, it will be worth all of your efforts. I'm in the same boat as you are I have a 75 Olds Cutlass with an LS swap and a 4 l 60 automatic transmission. Check out ChannelRM by watching this I think it'll give you the incentive to finish your dream
Yes. I started working on it, but it badly needs a frame-off. I don’t work as a mechanic anymore, thus have no access to a lift. Seriously considering building a hobby shop on some spare land I own.
Idk how that's running on 5 year old gas. They don't make good gas with shelf life like that anymore except that lawnmower gas in a can in hardware stores and that stuff is expensive as stadium beer.😂
Always KEEP YOUR FIRST CAR FIX IT ALL UP AN JUST THOUSANDS INTO IT AN MAKE IT PERFECT MY FIRST CAR 1978 OLDSMOBILE CUTTLASS PUT A 403 INTO IT AN LEARNED EVERYTHING STILL HAVE IT HAD IT 25 YEARS I STARTED REBUILDING IT AGAIN THIS YEAR
That's going to be an large job. Bless you for even attempting.

You got the car and the determination let's get started:) can't wait to see it finished nice pick 4 a first car
So glad you saved it!!! Crazy it started, ran and drove after all those years
Super knowledgeable young man you are. I'm very impressed and happy to see that.
In 1994, my first car was a 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham burgundy with rally rims. Loved that car.
This would be a worthy rebuild. My first was a 79 baby blue💙

I have an 84 I’ve been working on for 5 years on and off. My 3rd Cutlass.
Nice touch having the 77 cutlass rally wheels
14" Rallye wheels were an option in 1986.
Looks like a great starter car , you have most of the parts and it at least starts and moves. Needs floor pans but definitely is worth fixing.
Love me some Cutlass!
We need more videos of this car

Where is the cutlass haven't seen any updates
What does the frame look like on that thing, especially behind the rear wheels. Swiss cheeze?
Did you flood the engine and replace any oil?
I got an 84 2 door cutlass I'm restoring what transmission you running with your olds 350??
Right now it’s an ailing TH-200C. When it’s done I’d like to have a built TH-200r4.

I like the Oldsmobile 350 swap all the other people put a chevy 350 its more readily available more common than an Olds 350 or a 403
I ain't never seen a old school abandoned wit sounds still in there
Its Alive!!!

Yes. I started working on it, but it badly needs a frame-off. I don’t work as a mechanic anymore, thus have no access to a lift. Seriously considering building a hobby shop on some spare land I own.
