    Ingredients (for 3-4 persons):⠀
    - 130g flour;⠀
    - 50g butter;⠀
    - 60-75g sugar (to taste);⠀
    - 80 ml milk;⠀
    - 110g cottage cheese;
    - 2 eggs;⠀
    - 1 tsp baking powder;⠀
    - 0.5 tsp vanilla (optional);⠀
    - a pinch of salt.⠀
    1. Beat soft butter with sugar, (vanilla) and a pinch of salt.
    2. Add eggs one at a time, beating each time. Add milk and stir gently. Add sifted flour with baking powder and mix so that there are no lumps. ⠀
    3. Add cottage cheese and stir.
    4. Turn on the waffle iron. When it warms up, grease with vegetable oil and place 1 or 2 tablespoons of dough in the center, close the lid and bake until done. The video shows what the shape of the waffles will be if you add 1 or 2 tablespoons of dough. The number of waffles will also depend on their size. This portion of dough is enough for 3-4 people.
