No Actually, She is singing about groups of teen girls who go to her concerts, I suppose some people would call them Rock Chicks or something like that, and their song rock show is about a little girl who sent Lzzy Hale a letter saying that she inspired her to make her own rock band. So she wrote that song for the little girl x
