I've loved Manila since season 2 after I did a deep dive on who Sahara was dating and found Manila right before she made it to season 3. But HOW DID I NEVER SEE HER SPEAK ANOTHER LANGUAGE???
She is speaking it with an American accent though. Not bad, but distinctly not native sounding. Which is understandable.
She doesn’t speak or understand tagalog. She just said what she said for the trailer/show, and it wasn’t even pronounced correctly lol
