A tip to help with you always being late to appointments is to tell yourself that the appointment is 30min or an hour earlier than it really is! That way you are always on time or slightly early! It works great! Some people even change their clocks to be 30 min later than real time! Also try to never let your gas get below 1/2 a tank! You never know when an emergency can happen and you don’t want to be on empty! I implemented both of these into my daily life and it reduces so much stress and anxiety!

That’s exactly what my mom does. She turns all the clocks back 30 minutes so ever since I was little it’s like I was being lied to about what time it was😂 But dang does it help a lot, I think everyone should honestly start doing this!!

I’m sure her nail tech doesn’t work for or rely on tips, like any smart nail tech. She paid $80 for her nails, that $80 obviously covers all of his costs including what he feels his time and artistry are worth. Considering she has been a client for a while I am sure he is very used to what she tips him and grateful for the tips, but he has learned to charge her exactly what he deserves.
As a nail tech, hair stylist, or really any position in the beauty service industry you should not count on or rely on tips. They are not mandatory. You should be charging based on your worth and calculating all of your expenses into that costs. A tip should be a bonus and something to be appreciated whether it’s $1 or $100, it should not be expected.
Food service is completely different with tipping.

You don’t have to be 18 to have credit, just like you don’t have to be 18 to have a bank account and debit card.

mxx Vanderhoff those are the ones that I tried, I also tried the purple shampoo for my blonde highlights it didn’t work at all, I don’t think it’s the fragrance. I ask like to have a bit of fragrance in my shampoo hate when shampoo smells bland but I now use the olaplex set and it has a soft fragrance but works 1000x on my hair it’s also very concentrated unlike function.

jagboj tgyjub I took the quiz so it choose it for me, the first one I tried was the purple one that smelled like minty and the second time I tried it was a none fragrant one that was also purple with a pink conditioner.
