- This crane set contains more than 14,000 bricks, the whole vehicle is more than 20 kg and the length is 1374mm. Functions include vehicle walking, steering, turntable rotation, boom lifting, and winch retraction. In order to ensure the smooth operation of this large crane, a third-party turntable and an electric cylinder for the boom are also designed. Hello, thank you for your message. Your 1750 and the 11200 takes the brick crane to a whole new level, especially with its precise proportions, rigorous appearance and open design. Over the years, countless brick enthusiasts, including myself, have also wanted to be able to build this type of brick crane themselves. Chinese sages have a famous saying, happy alone, and happy together, which is happy? So we spent a lot of time and effort to create the Instructions book. All instructions designers can feel how complicated it is to give a design manual of more than 20,000 bricks, containing more than 20 motors. We did it. Similar appearance is the inevitable result of the same scaled brick crane, but the internal structure and the functions are almost brand new. our 1750 has a lot of motorized design, such as two mode driving, out-trigger rotation and extension which are designed no effect on appearance. As the same time, we have designed the whole new multi-functional second winch also the counter weight lifting machine , adjustable counterweight plate and so on. All of this make this 1750 more completion. In fact, a lot of other functional designs are on th way. Anyway, thank you for bringing us a new crane design idea. @@youtopia928 I like the way you completed the model. At first glance it is an exact copy of my 1750, but if I look further I do see your own input. Also the power pack is really nice. Good work!! But i think my drive train is better.. LOL. 🤣 The amount of work you put into it is huge. Respect.
I was wondering how you made the second boom section. Is that a massive part? And are the others glued together?
@@HuibvanderHart As the drivetrain you mentioned, I have saw some pictures of your 1750 which uses 7 servo PF motor to steering, it’s stunning. But if I want to get excellent stepping-steering effect, I have to use the original Lego servo motor, which is too expensive in China. So we used a different approach. This could also provide a viable crab steering.
The second section of this 1750’s boom uses almost the same bricks in the first section of the boom, for example the arc 6060, the bracket 2436 and some kind of plates. Please give me your email, I’ll send you the clear photos of the second boom.
By the way, I haven’t use any glue on this model.
@@youtopia928 My drivetrain has crab steering too. 😉 I see how you made the boom sections. But i don’t understand how it is possible that it didn’t collapse. Because this construction is very weak.
Anyway, Maybe one day I'll finish my own model.😅
@@HuibvanderHart I know that your 11200 has crab steering, but i don’t know that your 1750 has crab steering too.That’s great.
this 1750’s second section boom is strong enough to hold the 3rd and the 4th section boom. 3:30 to 3:45 of this video shows it’s ability.
