Ahhh Sandia Casino. I worked as a cage/vault supervisor before they opened the hotel. It has a Native American theme because it's owned by the Sandia Pueblo which is one of the 19 tribes in New Mexico.
Yeah our Oklahoma casinos are sticklers on filming. Sorry you weren’t able to film more. It’s hard to get rooms at Windstar right now sometimes even for players. Glad you got to see it. It’s massive!
Really cool you stopped at Sandia too. We have only been there once but enjoyed our time there.

no way that’s awesome how did the employee bingo work? did you get to stay in the hotel or did u have to drive back to dallas every day? What was the money? did tips make up most of your money or could u still make 30-40,000 a year without tips

Hi Pompsi. I’m glad you’re ok. I haven’t been on RUclips a lot on the last few weeks. I fell and fractured my vertebrae. Enough of me. I loved this video and loved the fact you got away and got to be with yourself. We need to do that every once in a while. I did miss Greta as I’m sure you did.

Yay you back! Glad all is OK...we were wondering what has been going on?
I was worried. I didn't remember you saying anything about going away, and Greta went silent too so it was weird to just have you disappear. BUT, what a GREAT thing to do for your own mental health. Go off the grid, decompress, driving for hours either listening to great music, or shut off the music and just listen to your thoughts. Re-evaluate your life, your goals, your dreams, whatever. You work very hard, and are so busy, you deserved to just hit the road, recoup/relax/see friends/see the country and just be alone with yourself. Being alone with yourself (anyone, not just you) is one of the greatest self care things you can do for yourself. I hope you had a great time. You covered a lot of miles! Interestingly I have a set of identical twin brothers and one lives in Austin and one in Albuquerque. I (and probably a lot of viewers) missed you two. It does a couple good to take time away from each other once in a while, especially when you work together and are together 24/7. Taking a little break lets you focus only on yourself (self-care is important). It also makes you realize that to be in a healthy relationship, there has to be both individual time and together time. This was time for Greta too to focus on herself, see friends, and self-care for her too. Hope you both feel refreshed and ready for whatever your plans for the future are. Now, (in my Mom voice), next leave a one sentence line on Instagram or Facebook "going away for 2 weeks, see you when I get back". It really is none of our business where you were going, but with 100,000+ followers clearly we would worry just because the world is so crazy right now. I even thought maybe you had Covid, or Greta was sick. I just could not imagine you walked away from your channel! Very happy you are back. HI Greta!! Did you enjoy your time also? I hope so :)
50 northeast of WinStar is the Choctaw Casino and resort. Very nice casino and film friendly if you ask first. Check it out next trip. Durant Oklahoma

Good to see you back on the vlogs, you didn't miss anything at Winstar Casino, you have to pay for drinks when you gamble, pay a .50 cent tax per hand minimum at the tables, expensive rooms and cheap decor! Keep up the great videos, be safe!
I go to this casino only to play poker. I am not impressed with the decor or its size. The .50 cent tax per hand on table games is shocking. Yet, thousands of people visit the casino and play their games. If casinos are ever allowed in Texas, the Winstar in GONE!

I wish i knew you wwre coming to ABQ. I live in ABQ. Sandia's is nice but far away from action. It is on reservation land. Hotel Chaco is one of the top hotels you can also stay at in ABQ, it is right close to Old Town and Downtown areas where all action is at. Also you need to come back to ABQ when it is International Balloon Fiesta time and try some of the New Mexican food especially Green Chile.

Hi Pompsie and Greta nice seeing a vlog from you. Win Star is the closest casino to me. I live about 73 miles north of Austin. About 4 hours from Win Star and that's close for Texas. I'm going up there for a little family reunion earlier Christmas gathering . This week Monday thru Friday. I hope I have some luck. The last time I went there was about 2 years ago and we won over 10k. Glad to hear you made it back safely.

Hey, could you spend a month reviewing the casinos in Southern California? It’s so easy for Californians to drive to Vegas and ignore the local casinos. The San Manuel casino just changed its name and it reminds me of a Vegas casino. And I know my grandma in law goes to Pala a lot. Just an idea.

Yes, by floor space and casino machine numbers. I think the one with most tables is in Macao...mostly Baccarat.

I won 3 jackpots at Winstar & I’ve only been going for 3 months. My last jackpot was 6 days ago & it was for 11,599.74 on Money Ball Inferno. I love this casino.
