Hey everyone welcome back to another video. Today I am super excited. Were taking a look at a 5th wheel that I know will blow your socks off. This is the 2021 Primetime Sanibel 3702. What is so shocking about this 5th wheel is the price. Now there is alot of 5th wheels that are less then $50k but when you see all the features and amenities you will be blow away.

1: Bedroom and bathroom not accessible with slides in
2: Carpet in the living and dining areas
3: Front slides when extended are a hassle for tall people trying to access the wet bay and the pass-through storage space

Again I agree with Matt and Will. Are there any 5th wheels that could be towed by a 1500 pickup?
You might be looking at a cougar 25 res but, you'll need to add a leaf to the rear end

Probably not. Even if they market them as such it leaves little payload left to passengers and cargo in the truck. A F150 with the Heavy duty payload package would tow very small 5ers but it’s hard to find the HDPP.

Love the floor plan in this one, except for the carpeting. Also I would choose another color scheme, lighter colors.
For the price point, this is an incredible fifth wheel! I love the stair case and spindles. I love the kitchen. I love the bedroom. This is a little knit-picky, but it bothers me. A French door refrigerator in an RV will prevent me from buying it because they are always located in an area to where both doors cannot open all the way. To me, it makes more sense to have a single door refrigerator opening toward the direction with the most space. Overall, great job, PrimeTime!!!
I love the looks of this one and I don't mind the carpet at all. It looks like a home! I'm tired of all the trailers that look the same. This one is lovely.

Nice exterior, especially the front.
Well located black / grey water outlets.
Kitchen loses points because almost work triangle - switch refrigerator with pantry locations.
A little less bedroom for a bigger bathroom.
No carpet, period.
Really like how you could watch tv from one side of dinette and the sofa and theater seating.

1. Spacious main living area
2. Large windows (with the dark furniture & cabinets it almost balances it out)
3. Overall nice layout without odd angles
Dislikes:
1. Carpet-it must’ve been designed by someone who either never vacuums or never camps outside of those snooty RV park(ing lots)
2. That high counter by the kitchen sink...let’s have them the same height to make it usable & I can see bashing elbows on the corner. They are harder to clean easily
3. A big one: having to reach up to turn lights on over couch & table
I like the kitchen and the tv an angle everyone can see the tv
I like the kitchen, BIG tv, and the stairs. I don't like the carpet, slide blocking bathroom, and the standard pin box.
If the carpet didn't come all the way down the stairs, I'd love that entry way! I do love the entry, it's a totally unique layout.
Three things I like are...for the kitchen to be so small it has a lot of storage, I like the rails going up the stairs, and I like the size of the bed room. Three things I don’t like are...the carpet, not real fond of the tv placement and no generator or solar prep.
Great video guys! As for this rig, I can see where some people like it, but I;m not so sure about it. To be honest, it looks like they took a house from a late-70s sitcom and turned it into a 5th wheel. Just the styling of the, well, everything. Especially that stairway up to the bedroom. I was expecting Carol Brady to come out of there.
If I had a truck that could tow this, I believe this would be on the short list of choices. I don't mind the carpet but would rather have the vinyl flooring throughout. Love the kitchen and all of the appliances, great counter top space, the TV is great and can be seen from all the seating, the living area is really great, the bedroom is really roomy and the closet space is great, and love the fact that there is a place for a W/D. I wish there was more storage space outside, but this is a really nice 5th wheel. thanks again for another great video!
Likes: I love the counters, the storage and the king size bed. Dislikes: CARPET(arrrrgh! When will this stop??), the thinner counter doesn't really have a function. If they chopped off the L and made it a little wider for a breakfast bar, I would like it much better. I have to agree with Will regarding that storage under the slide being really hard to get to. I am by no stretch of the imagination graceful, so I would probably end up with a concussion. :) Thanks, guys! Always awesome!
I like the TV placement for viewing from both seating areas.
The 3 things I like about this fifth wheel RV:
1. TV at an angle in the living room, great viewing from the theater seats and sofa
2. the shower height
3. access to the tank dumps
The 3 things I don't like about this fifth wheel RV:
1. the carpet and vents in the floor
2. the baggage doors flip up halfway combo with the strut on the driver's side baggage door protruding into the wet bay
3. no place to mount a TV in the bedroom
I really appreciate having the specs on units. Watching several of your videos, you haven't been consistent with weights . Particularly hitch weights.

Wow, what a price! Very nice kitchen, I had the same range hood in two houses (I liked it that much). I like the “hallway” leading to the bath and bedroom area. Nice shower. I really like the bedroom, king bed, bench to put on your shoes. I don’t like a TV in the bedroom so I’m ok without one. Too much carpet, not a fan of that or not being able to get to the bathroom without the slide out.
Interesting 5th wheel.
Likes:
1. The landing staircase to go up to the bathroom and bedroom
2. The kitchen I however am not a fan of the big sink perfectly double sink
3. The table lots of room good windows
Dislikes:
1. Too much carpet on the stairs and landing underneath the dining table
3.FLOOR VENTS.
I wish you and Will would point out outlets especially in the kitchen area. I think I only saw one

If we were in the market for a 5th wheel, this unit and its floorplan would be a top contender.

Dislikes: 1. I agree about the carpet. Not a fan. 2. Awkward to get to the storage, as Will said. 3. Need a generator. Likes: 1. The floorplan is awesome. 2. Love the kitchen. All of it. 3. Like the living room with yv and fireplace placement. Tjanks.
I like the smaller kitchen, especially in a unit like this that isn’t really made with kids in mind.
I rate the Floorplan 9/10. I want it.
No nightstands does bother me. The stairs and upper deck with carpet does not. I kind of like the idea of the upper walkways with tootsie warming walkways and not cold ass flooring. The carpet in the dining area is a no no. The kitchen is a hit. Would like to see a bit different fridge but still O.K. with it. Love the unique dining and living seating. Bedroom I gotta figure out a spot for a T.V. for the wife. The stair railing looks so retro and I love it! A bit odd on the slides bumping out here and there. That price is really selling this to me. I really want to show this to the wife. Full time capable? Love to hear from actual owners.

Hello, I love the vent hood, countertops, love the layout and storage. Don't like the carpet, bedroom is awesome, love the "dresser" too! 😉 There should be more sleeping capacity. Beautiful fifth wheel! Great review Matt and Will!!👍👍❤❤

Love the double bedroom slides. If you aren’t already doing so and my poor hearing is missing it please mention the tire rating when giving the size and brand. It seems like a waste of money to have to upgrade the tires right after purchasing. Sure wish the mfg. would upgrade the suspensions and pin boxes more often. Having lost tires wheels and brakes all at different times I am fearful of the lower grade stuff.
This is beautiful! But I hate carpet at all. I also noticed in the bedroom, there is no nightstands. Need a place for a CPAP. For me, that's a deal breaker. I love the rest.

They’ve done a good job of giving this a residential feel with details like stairs and railing, and a entryway coat closet. Even the layout of the kitchen feels residential.
I don’t like how far away the tv is from the couches. There are no end tables or nightstands in the master bedroom. Heat vents in the floor.
Love this layout and tv looks great in the placement choice. Love the different path to bedroom and bathroom! Maybe make stair rails more modern, like steel cabling??
A sale price of under 50k, that's amazing for a fifth wheel of this size
I love the kitchen. But I think a 5th wheel this big should have more sleeping capacity.
This one is perfect for a couple without kids
Here we go now. BTW I can’t imagine pulling one of these things. I like 1) the theatre seats & trifold sofa for plenty of seating, 2) angle of the entertainment center, & 3) windows in the dining area. I dislike 1) the dining table & chairs (prefer a booth), 2) the glass cabinet doors by the entrance (like the cabinet space but prefer solid doors to hide what I might store that high up), & 3) the size of the refrigerator. That’s it; that’s the list.
LIKE THE LAYOUT THE KITCHEN THE LIVING ROOM DON’T LIKE NO NIGHTSTAND FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM THE CARPET NO PLACE TO MOUNT TV IN THE MASTER BEDROOM
Dislike carpet. Kitchen is great but agree upper counter a bit wider for stools even better.
Really great layout and room. The kitchen is great as is the living area. My only issue is this having only 2 AC units. Seems a little short on cooling capacity for the size. But, this wouild make a great full time 5th wheel.

Nice Will is so tall so people over 6' can see the showers and toilets for bigger people.

Did the kitchen have electrical outlets? I didn't see any. Were they under the cabinets? Seems odd.
How important is it to have a generator?
I think the table is a problem and the way it is designed reduces options. They should make it a fold out table so the length can be cut in half.
Don't like lack of kitchen counter top space.
Personally, I don't like the walls in the shower. The more uneven space you have, the harder it is to clean and crevices are places that mildew and mold like to gather.
I prefer to have some sort of nightstand or shelve at the head of the bed (preferably with outlets or at least USB.
The sale price was on the screen as you were saying you couldn't tell us.
Nice price and nothing to be really critical about. I am just not a 5th wheel type of guy. There is one thing I don't get, why so much carpet? Good review guys. Stay safe.
Wouldn't it be nice if the mfgs that puts carpet in their units also install central vac systems?
You love all tires but can you please truly comment if the tires are good and reliable for the rig they are on. I’m new to this and I hear about blow outs all the time. Which one is good and which is bad

5th Wheel this size needs more kitchen area. Not a fan of the set up for the TV in bedroom. Need a true 12 volt refrigerator instead of the residential using an inverter. Less to go wrong down the road.

Hard to dislike anything about this rig at the price point but not having shelves/nightstands with electrical/USB is my deal-breaker; otherwise it's a nice one!
pssst Matt it's a dresser. Nice 5th wheel but the truck to tow it costs more than the unit.
Hopefully the mfg. will start putting the newer furion oven stove package with the oven big enough to cook a chicken with no pilot light to light manually. Wish all microwaves had convection oven just like I wish plastic toilets were outlawed. Also wish plastic sinks and facets that look like metal but are plastic were not accepted by the dealers.
I was expecting more. Love the kitchen, but the tv and dining won't work for me.

👍 I actually like everybody's likes along with the master bedroom TV table that also looks as if it could be a diaper changing table-Great for families especially with toddlers!👎The same with agreeing on everyone's dislikes along with "I've got to have an Icemaker"!!

Dislike all the carpet, no nightstand and usb by bed, and tv is a weird angle to the couch. Love all the storage, the layout, and the stairs
I like the bedroom, lots of space, laid out well. The only thing I dislike is the loveseat in a tiny slide-out. How are you going to argue with your family if you can't see them when they're sitting in a hole?

I do not like the angle of that TV fireplace. I would debate that it’s not really good for either seating area.
I like the kitchen also, you're not going to be cooking Christmas dinner for 20 of your relatives in there anyway. I like the HUGE TV that you can see from across the room. Something this big should be prepped for a generator but there are miles of room for solar on the roof also. I don't like the dark cabinets or furniture. Very depressing and old fashioned. Lighter colors would not add to the price. Overall great price point leaving you plenty to buy the dually you would need to tow it.
Not being able to get to a bathroom without opening a slide is a no way never purchase element no mater how nice other things are.
Highly doubt that price is even close to today (2022 June) lol.

I love the somewhat unique layout: the entry with the railing. I do NOT like the table with no legs. First heavy person to lean on it to get up (and they always do) will take it down. I also would raise the kitchen counter ledge a bit and put the TV under it. Make the entertainment center storage. TFS 😊
how come they always seem to put those "leather" couches in every trailer? I don't think i've ever seen a fabric. I'm sure there is a reason.

I have a PrimeTime travel trailer and it is horrible quality. It will be my last Forest River brand. Sadly, I don't think it will last as long as the loan.

3 (or4) DISLIKES: zero bedside table space. Carpet on stairs & hallway, can’t access bathroom when closed up, not enough storage in the living room area

You cant use the bathroom in a fifth wheel while moving anyway.
My one dislike I wish they had to prep for the generator My likes R I very much enjoy that love it is hotel for washing the dryer which for me Is there a standard it is hard for me I’m out walking with a cane trying to find a Laundry mat I like you can do it right there go back to what you were doing worry about If it’s cold outside if it’s hot outside it is raining and if you have a significant other if it’s getting late doing that I worry about them going to the laundromat that is just one thing I honestly believe Should be standard and I honestly don’t think anybody Wouldn’t mind paying for that piece of mine
What is with that seat in the shower on the same side as the nozzle and knobs?!
I don't like the vents in the floor. I don't like the carpet. I don't like there's no bedside tables. Don't like you can't access the bathroom. Where's the portable? And the storage outside is not great. Wouldn't buy it.
