TBH it is about her ordering the spicy one for everyone. Not everyone can have the same tolerance. But they can't even waste it so they have to force themselves to eat it. Every Korean variety show or guest invited program, the hosts have to at least give reactions so that viewers don’t get bored. Stay pressed as much as you want but this is how korean variety/program works.

well to be fair lots of content is cut cause if the employees didn't want spicy they likely spoke up to order a non-spicy dish. Also as stated previously she does provide both but i feel like her loving spicy food is a running gag on here. so they will highlight the fact that her employees don't. TV always edit stuff so its not always what it seems. I'm sure you're watching some of the employees try the spicy version. She seems like a nice person who does care about her employees. She is young but she also been in the business on her own for a while and has been successful. She wouldn't be successful if she wasn't smart and aware.
She is very kind and a great boss but she should take others people opinions into consideration. Some people just don’t have the tolerance for spicy food I know it’s her money but she should give them an option so they aren’t trying to force themselves to eat it just to flatter her.
She really needs to consider her employees. Because not all can eat really spicy foods. Respect what they want to eat. This is pure selfishness. She should just order separately for her and separate for them.

My husbands on a protein diet so he eats what his body fitness coach tells him to eat. I'm a picky eater. I only like my mom's food and Im pregnant so I'm only eating one meal a day. I know a guy who can only eat chicken and bananas. He doesn't eat what his boss gives him either. My husband also had a coworker who was allergic to everything so she ate her homemade lunch by herself. Bosses cant cater to everyone's needs otherwise you get that one boss who couldn't make decisions cause everyone wanted something else.
