Modification of broken lamp to 12 volt dc (V4)

With broken lamps we can make useful tools, of course, with just a little creativity we can make use of damaged LHE lamps to be useful, even though the lamp engine can be repaired, but here I try to use lamps with badly damaged engine conditions (corrosion and broken lines) and pillars If the glass is broken, too many components are replaced, so I use the lamp glass and the transformer to make a 12 volt dc CFL driver by rewinding it, so that it can be used as a lighting tool when the power goes out... good luck.

7. 0.20 mm enameled wire : ± 10 meters
8.Email wire 0.30 mm : ± 10 meters
