Our players were literally falling over the ball trying to control, pass and shoot, the basics of the game. The ref was just another part of a big problem. From the board to the manager to the players, it just isnt right.

From bottom to the top no leaders and no winners in the club, you look to your captain to set the standards and the standards are set low, he’s finished. Lawrence is not good enough, we have one good winger, no strength in depth in strikers, spent £2m on a guy who has “not trained at his level”, decision making in the final third is amateur. Ref was terrible but we can say that but if we got any further we would be skudded. Fans are sick of it bad enough having to go to hampden but to go there and watch that, club don’t deserve the fans.
Managers decision making is weird as well, jefte on a yellow is risky keeping him on cause he had a couple of fouls after first yellow(both yellows are mental) but subs Sterling on for diomande at LW then later on brings Matondo on for Lawrence to move Sterling to CM, why no just do both changes in the first place

One thing I learned tonight is that the Ukranians are fannys, rolling around the pitch like they were shot, absolutely criminal. That's why the Italian Ref gave jefte a second yellow. He fell for every dive and roll they did. The Ref was terrible.
