The teaching is actually nice. It directly points out common excuses in the mindset that should be addressed and improved like the manner of how you ought to handle the things around you.
I had seen your video around 2 and half year ago but that time I were a beginner . I loved the way you explained things and that things encouraged me . after such time, your appearance , way of explaining things and my English has improved too much. I am feeling happy seeing you and your video .
Hey Niharika, your lessons are very vital and useful and the way you are performing them are so great. It makes very easier to remember because you teach in a very practical way. Thanks Niharika for your advice, I put in my mind this advice and I'll never thing in these phrases if i want to improve my skills, my life and my environment
On the "silly question" issue, this phrase is often used as a disarming rhetorical flourish to lead into a question about fundamental assumptions. Perhaps it's better put as, "This may seem like a silly question." This can be a gentle and polite way of introducing some doubt about the conventional wisdom of the people in a particular subculture. (Introducing outside-the-box thinking can require some mental work from one's audience, and some tact is sometimes required.) Done disingenuously, the "silly question" thing can be a sarcastic attack, like a false posture of humility done by an arrogant person who wants to make someone else look stupid. At any rate, it's not always a sign of a lack of confidence.
Helo, dear. u r making a great job by providing authentic and even free of cost knowledge.God bless u.. "Sister Niharika is great teacher"❤ I have an inferior request that is about a word (preposition) "To" I know its use only in two ways.1st for direction and 2nd for Infinitive.. "Dear sister Neharika"can u please serve a lecture about the "To" with its complete explanation.?as soon as possible.I will thankful to u for such kindness...
i don't know how many times i've said this, i love you so much, you're my muse, my direction, thanks a lot for makes me happy with each video, i hope see you soon.

Hey lovely teacher.....plz make a video on the topic of ''HOW TO CONCENTRATE ON STUDY & KILL THE OTHER THOUGHTS WHILE WE ARE DOING SOMETHING AT ONE TIME"
Hanif Ahmed :when am disturbed while studying or praying by other thots like ..(ohh I have a lot other jobs to do..when I will complete it..)..I say to my mind..hey mind concentrate ..do what u do perfectly..Almighty is the one who give u time..he will be pleased if u pray well .. And will bring barakath in ur time.. Concentrate...!!!...this is my way..😇.. And it works ... Hope it might help u..☺️

1. A smart person may very well point out "this deal *is not fair* to us, we shouldn't take it" Or "*It's not fair* to treat female employees different from males." 2. A perfectly intelligent person might say "Let me show you how use the copier, ... and *that's the way it works* ..." 3. People at work often preface technical questions they ask me with "I am going to ask a silly question" or something very similar and I never think the less of them. Such self depreciation often releases tension in social situations. Questions often seem silly in retrospect there is nothing wrong with acknowledging that. 4. Yes, don't spend time pointing out your co-workers faults. 4b. Smart people are unlikely to use the phrase "pointing out fingers" but I'm sure you can come up with counter example if you really try. 5. Yes, shifting blame or avoiding responsibility is not a good thing to do but if it really is not your fault, why shouldn't you point that out. It's not my fault the clocks need to be adjusted because of day light savings time. 6. I hate it when company isn't doing well. I hate it when innocent people are hurt. I hate bee stings. It's not about the phrases you use it's about the ideas they convey.
