    Grounds for Eviction of Tenant, Rajasthan Rent Control Act

    This video explains the grounds given in the section 9 of Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001 for evacuating the property from the tenant. The owner of a property has the following grounds for evacuating a house or shop from a tenant:
    1. On the basis of the tenant being a defaulter in the rent payment
    2. On the basis of causing substantial damage to the premises by the tenant
    3. On the basis of substantial changes to the premises by the tenant
    4. If any nuisance has been created by the tenant
    5. The occupier has been given possession of the premises by another tenant or sub-rented the premises
    6. Tenant has refused to treat the owner of the premises as the owner
    7. Business activities are started in the house rented for living
    8. The tenant was given on rent due to being an employee of the premises owner but now the tenant is no longer an employee of the premises owner
    9. The owner has a reasonable and bonafide need for the premises to be owned by himself or a member of his family.
    10. The tenant has acquired or has acquired possession of a premises which is sufficient for its requirement.
    11. The premises are not being used for six consecutive months for the purpose for which they were rented.
    12. Landlord has been directed by any authority to reduce congestion in the premises.

    Sir mere ko 5 saal ho Gaya eviction mamla kiye huye.
    Mera sab civil documents thik hai. Phir bhi mamla ka faisla nahi ho raha hai .
    Kya kare sir please tell

    Sir KCC loan settle ho sakta hai kya? Mere papa ne loan liya tha unki death ho gyi 2021 mein ab bank keh rahi hai k paise dedo nhi toh jameen nilam kar denge... Aisa nhi hai k hum EMI nhi de rahe bs loan saal baad renew nhi ho raha... 2 lakh account mein jma bhi hai
