As Blastoise fought the fraud of Rapid Spin, Donphan, he opened his domain: Ice Beam. Donphan stood frozen in fear and Blastoise said, 'Stand proud Donphan, you're strong'
Copperajah was my first shiny in Sword and Shield. I used him in a bunch of casual battles as a stealth rocker, paired with his Dynamax that set up "steel rocks." He was a lot of fun.
As much as I feel that, such a mindset is how you keep yourself from Getting Good. Pokemon is a game of statistics. Most turn based games are. And with Pokemon, the game is never over until your Win Condition is completely impossible. And because your success in competitive scenes (Whether qualifying for official tournaments or with your Smogon ELO) depend on your overall performances, you have every reason to continue playing until you see your WinCon extinguished. And heck, sometimes even after. Even if your WinCon is gone, your opponent may not know that, and may give up. I've won countless games over the years from just not giving up on the slim chance of a Critical Hit win con, and the opponent forfeiting. (Presumably because they assumed that last slot was a winning move or pokemon) It also means you're robbing yourself of experience for how to get out of difficult scenarios, if you never allow yourself to have your back against the wall. So what I'm saying is, its LITERALLY a pro move to chill out and just play to have fun, even if you think you may not win. That will, mathematically speaking, make you a better player and get you more wins.
I love seeing Trick Room and also OG Slowking. My most successful team ever was a gen 6 UU Trick Room team with Slowking, Diancie, Porygon2, Marowak, Escavalier, and Dragalge. I got it into the top 50 on the Showdown UU ladder for a little bit.
Your oponent was an Brazilian, for the name of the Mons (cascudo = Krusty, imperador = emperor, fantasma = ghost, Sr Lunar = Mr Lunar, Meia-noite = midnight, Furioso = furious) and profeta is propheth in portuguese.
Man. One of my best mons in Shield is a G-Max Assault Vest Copperajah with Play Rough, Heavy Slam, High Horsepower and Power Whip (I think. I know it was a grass move). Surprisingly stout and fun to use. This brings back fond memories.
Seeing Copperajah get some attention is great. Really adore eight gen's steel types, it and Corviknight/Perrserker are awesome designs and fun to use. Saw an interesting question recently. If you could distribute a unique signature ability/move to other Pokemon, which candidates would you pick?
Future sight would be good to have on slowking, especially with trick room. Puts pressure on the turn after which gives you chance to get trick room up plus an attack
Yeah it really made no sense. Nothing Haydunn could have switched into was weak to ice. They were literally just fishing for a Freeze and got it. Maybe they threw the game at the end because they felt bad about the scummy freeze.
I honestly cooked my buddy up the idea of getting one of these beasts shiny to add to his battle team, and he ate it right up this is one mean pokemon.
This is insane! Earlier today I made some alterations to my Copperajah. And then this video comes out…and mine has the same item, ability AND moves that I JUST changed. Guess I made the correct choices. 🎉
Or even just an ability that let it set rocks as a steel type, or something. Its not that bad a Pokemon, but its not Great, so some cool niche like that would be fun. Maybe give it to Probopass, too. "Ferrous Ore" or something, IDK.
Imagine Mudsdale with heavy metal ability (you need to have shiny Bronzong with skill swap for this). Heavy slam damage will hit insanely hard even against the likes of Cetitan or any other Pokemon weighing over 500 kg/1100 lbs
Heavy Ball, or something (not the Poke Ball, but a plain dark iron sphere that slow you down.) IIRC. Blue's Machamp often opened with Fling with that item in the Gen 2 remakes
After the slowking set up trickroom the 2nd time, why wouldnt u just go scald...? With the burn, it should be a kill. You outspeed with trickroom. Im confused at the random uxie sack.
what i dont get is if he got lucky enough to freeze you turn 1 why did he finish you off he could have set up with shell smash and then gone for the kill
I wish there was an item or ability specifically for singles that made trick room more viable. You always waste 2 or more turns just getting in the pokemon it's for, or else your Pokemon _with_ trick room dies which ruins any future potential opportunities to get it up again.
Copperajah is implied to be the Indian Elephant that gen 1 pokedex entries were referring to. iirc, it was raichu and Gastly? It could have a regional variant though
As Blastoise fought the fraud of Rapid Spin, Donphan, he opened his domain: Ice Beam. Donphan stood frozen in fear and Blastoise said, 'Stand proud Donphan, you're strong'
Nice

Never realized it was THAT heavy! Plus heat crash and knock off? Let's goo lol Haydunn putting me on new sets yet again!
BRAZIL MENTIONED (the adversary was brazilian)
If I got turn-1 frozen I'd probably just quit the match 😂
Everybody's got a game plan until they get punched in the face- iorn Mike tyson
😂😂
Idk about that, think about it, yeah you got frozen, but you still manage to win the match.... That's any gamers joy.
As much as I feel that, such a mindset is how you keep yourself from Getting Good.

You absolutely love to see a super high powered paradox pokemon being squished to death by a green elephant
I'm really hoping for gen 10, there's a trick room extender. If GF/TPC are going to make slow ass mons, we need more turns of trick room.
Trick Room already sees so much play in VGC, that any extender would probably be too powerful.
@@maxxie8058 They can ban it in doubles, while letting single battles thrive with a new strategy
That would be absolutely broken
Banned after day 1 lol
Maaaaaaybe, If it were only for singles
Just glad they gave it back Heat Crash in the DLC. RIP Power Whip though.
Thats a pretty smart play to switch into the blood moon once trick room was up on your opponent's part.
Broke: Physical sweeper Copperajah
Woke: Special sweeper Copperajah with Sheer Force + Flash Cannon, Earth Power, Snarl, and Tera Blast
:O

this thing getting heat crash is crazy we are definitely big boy gaming today

Saw an interesting question recently. If you could distribute a unique signature ability/move to other Pokemon, which candidates would you pick?
Never gonna happen on account of being hypothetically OP, but Shuckle with Body Press.
Bro I swear ur probably the funniest pokemon streamer out there
Haydunn is the best poketuber. Been watching for years, keep it up!
Future sight would be good to have on slowking, especially with trick room. Puts pressure on the turn after which gives you chance to get trick room up plus an attack
Idk why I like this title so much 🤣
Yo Haydunn, I just noticed Hatterene has 90 base atk and Swords Dance you gotta cook with it like you did Milotic
If anyone can conjure up something unorthodox it's certainly him xD
I love Heavy Metal as an ability. It just tickles me pink to min-max on heavy-slam. The numbers!
Had to pause to say "Saul" is a good nickname for YOUR slowkings. "Better call Saul", the Paul who went to law school. On with the video...
Never expected him to make a video about my favorite Pokémon
The Water type going for an Ice Beam turn 1 against a Ground type is wild
Yeah it really made no sense. Nothing Haydunn could have switched into was weak to ice. They were literally just fishing for a Freeze and got it. Maybe they threw the game at the end because they felt bad about the scummy freeze.

It's not that it doesn't get a lot of love. It's just that people don't know how to use it properly.
Big brain clutch trick room play at the end 🔥
Thanks Haydunn. I've really liked Copperajah since inception. really hope it gets an evolution or way to compensate for losing its gmax form.
imagine a pokemon that sets up trickroom on entry like a terrain
"I /am/ going to be faster, which does allow me to tell a shitty joke. Super fast!" It's the little things. XD
What if Haydunn just trolls us by always using his tera on Umbreon anytime he has a team with Umbreon in it?
Let’s face it, our friend Slowbro/Slowking has been the MVP for a while now!
All hail the chilly support!
This is insane! Earlier today I made some alterations to my Copperajah. And then this video comes out…and mine has the same item, ability AND moves that I JUST changed. Guess I made the correct choices. 🎉
The worlds savanah could be a varry diferent place if elephants can jump
He should have used chilly reception instead of just switching out the slowking. That would have set up snow for the crabominal.
10,000 pounds of elephant landing right on the noodle 🍜
if Copperajah was Tera Ice, Terablast it could help make it super bulky in snow with defense buff + AV, Id love to see a video with that big dawg
Donphan and Copperajah are elephants, I love elephants, so I love them both 🥰
Also, screw off with the 1st-Turn Freezing to my boy! DX
I'd love to see more trick room.
Can you use Chimecho or cacturne? I would love to see what you can do with them.
Umbreon is so underrated. I've loved it ever since pokemon colleseum
One thing about Choice Band Copperajah is that it takes atleast one KO every time it hits the field. 🗣️💯
Why does trick room still not have an item to increase its turns
That was amazing! Thanks for the video. Please play my home boy amphoros 😆
What spread are you running on slowking mate?
You guna be available withon the next 2 days @haydunn? Long awaited rematch. Nu baby!
Starting the match off with an orange popcicle.
Lack of priority move on chien-pao is very strange 🤔
isnt there an item that makes a pokemon heavier too lol idk if that would be good or overkill
can you do a vid on probapass?
I can't wait to see you pull a mawile team someday
Isn't there an item you could give Copperajah to make it even heavy?
I really wish they gave Copperajah it's GMax move as a regular move.
Steel type Stealth Rock would be amazing.
Or even just an ability that let it set rocks as a steel type, or something.
Its not that bad a Pokemon, but its not Great, so some cool niche like that would be fun.
Maybe give it to Probopass, too.
"Ferrous Ore" or something, IDK.
I need a physical sweeper umbreon vid YESTERDAY🙏🏻💯
He did show off in this one tho🔥
no ice hammer on crab??
Imagine Mudsdale with heavy metal ability (you need to have shiny Bronzong with skill swap for this). Heavy slam damage will hit insanely hard even against the likes of Cetitan or any other Pokemon weighing over 500 kg/1100 lbs
Haydunn embracing the *THICKNESS*
Isn’t there an item that doubles the weight too and does it stack with heavy metal?
Heavy Ball, or something (not the Poke Ball, but a plain dark iron sphere that slow you down.) IIRC. Blue's Machamp often opened with Fling with that item in the Gen 2 remakes
Video title did not have to be that funny lmaooo
How do you manage to get so many hidden abilities?
Try an electric Tera Charizard with belly drum and thunderpunch
What about adding Metal Coat?
After the slowking set up trickroom the 2nd time, why wouldnt u just go scald...? With the burn, it should be a kill. You outspeed with trickroom. Im confused at the random uxie sack.
Just put this on my team yesterday. We syncing.
Can u do a floatzel with a rain team ? Plz
That elephant is a big boi
Curse + Calm mind Umbreok though... 👀
I wish they brought back his stealth steel :(
Kudos for using the elephant, it’s on my list of favorite gen8 mons. Gen8 a shitty game but good mons
10/10 title
We need more ELEPHANTS
what i dont get is if he got lucky enough to freeze you turn 1 why did he finish you off he could have set up with shell smash and then gone for the kill
I have great success with tera fire heatcrash Copperajah
I used to run a similar set in Gen 8. Thank you for reminding me how cool this pokemon is 💪🏾
Day 27 of asking Haydunn for doubles content 👀
I’m surprised he has low defense and not more base health.
I wish there was an item or ability specifically for singles that made trick room more viable. You always waste 2 or more turns just getting in the pokemon it's for, or else your Pokemon _with_ trick room dies which ruins any future potential opportunities to get it up again.
Maybe making trick toom five turns instead of the usual 4 and a pokemon with a move that sets yeickroom and switches out and its negative priority
Fast TR setter with eject button is an option, but not super reliable.
2 elephants on the same team
Elephant in the room
If I got froze turn one I might have a bit of trouble but would you lose? Nah I'd win
There's more turns in singles than there is in doubles😂😂😂😂
The man of "buts"
Good stuff
If only iron ball was usable and made them heavier lol
Wait.... i thought fire typed don't get burned.......
Depends if they terastalise.
this guy goons
I have never seen someone actually use Crabominable like it’s a really underrated Pokémon because it’s typing is pretty bad
Add tera normal Flareon please!!!! I'm begging. But uhh thanks for vidd!!!❤❤
o brasileiro tava dando uma surra nele kkkkkkkkkk
Nickname him "Big ouch"
Nickname him "Big couch"
Plz do Sableye🥺
Your mom as a Pokémon
olha só, temos um brasileiro no combate :)
So you want me to bulk up baton pass? Say less
🐐
😐😐but i really love to see a water / grass or water/ground or water/ fairy or water/ steel elephant pokemon in india based region❤❤ but game freak😀😀
Copperajah is implied to be the Indian Elephant that gen 1 pokedex entries were referring to.
iirc, it was raichu and Gastly?
It could have a regional variant though
🎉
Around 1230 KG for my metric bros
Legal vc jogou contra um brasileiro 🇧🇷
That Blastoise's name is awesome. Escudo is Spanish/Portuguese for shield. Cascade escudo, I like it.
Let’s go
