Facts, Carson Blue and Arroine provided the proof that Mel needed for the court case.
No she was already in court. Remember he took her to court first. He took her to court right after they went on that family trip post divorce. She found out after that trip he was trying to take the kids from her. Then he started getting on line attacking her and mocking her as a parent online. He even mocked his son for wearing a gift she got him (a necklace) after he did some work for his mom. He did it all online. Well one day he decided to tear into Melody online and she responded by telling him she doesn’t take kindly to being threatened. That is when he threatened her with the RP pic. She turned it over to her attorney then and charges were filed soon after. She didn’t know about the RP plot that Coldslop and Karson revealed until later. At the time he threatened Melody they were in court about his case of trying to take the kids from her. He lost that case but she never dropped those charges which I agree with 100%. He got arrested for the threat he made to her during his custody battle
No, they were in court already. He took her back to court for full custody after she declined getting back with him during the family vacay to Destin Fl. She would have never known he took her to court, she went to change her name and found out that he filed for full custody. She responded to his request and this is when the revenge porn polt and his side chick talking to bloggers tapes were exposed
He can’t get to her anymore so he’s taking out his anger on those poor children. What I’m not understanding is Martell has violated court orders several time by not going to therapy with his son or getting a psychiatric evaluation. How is he not being held in contempt? But at the same time the judge had the nerve to reprimand Mel for not giving him her number?after it was made known he harasses her on the phone. This whole situation is crazy.

Knowing from personal experience with abuse, poor Melody for having to film alongside him, that should’ve never been permitted. If something happens, it’s on their hands.

I’m also aware of the statements that were taken from the Hotel staff of the Ritz Carlton over a year ago where he allegedly pushed her and security had to intervene. that incident also had nothing to do with his reckless drinking that caused he golf cart accident hun. As a mother, I would not feel comfortable with my toddler being in the house where an AK-47 is present, especially if it is not in some sort of lockbox, similar to the picture of it being present, when the little girl was in a play pen. Also if parties argued and security broke it up or of parties argued and she grabbed him and he moved his arm in a way that looks like a push to get her hands off of him I wasn't there I don't know but I choose to wait and allow legal experts to question all parties present gather any recorded evidence further he was drunk per her but she was willing to risk her life and get on a gold cart as a passenger with a drunk. A social worker doesn’t mean anything, most of those people are underpaid and hate their jobs. I know people who were in foster care that were abused and neglected by their social workers. Martell appears to be a petulant child throwing a tantrum because his wife had the nerve to leave him. He’s just now realizing his blessings were coming from his wife. His covering has been stripped away and he never saw this coming because of his arrogance. Martell however is an executive producer on Huntsville I believe so it may not be so easy to get him off the show. I do however agree Melody and Martell should not be filming together period.
When I worked as a CPS investigator for the state, the term "paramour" was used for the significant other of a parent. It was also used in the family codes.
It’s surprising that Martell doesn’t want to film with the kids. I wonder if him having issues with the kids is visible. Being the best parent was a narrative he pushed for a few seasons.
The details about Martell’s alleged abuse toward the children is especially heartbreaking. Their children seem so sweet-spirited and bright. Having grown up with an abusive father, the emotional and mental scars stay with you long after bruises fade and injuries heal. ❤
It’s a cyclical-Martell obviously went through something during his childhood to make him act this way. I pray his son is able to break the cycle and get the counseling he needs.

I'm not a lawyer or judge, but if the court is ordering counciling between him and his son, but not her. They have concerns based on proof, be it physical or testimony from the kids or perhaps even video from the show that is concerning.
