Your projects turned out great, I love a 3D effect in resin. It’s really kind of amazing how much resin will magnify things. If you ever want to make a trivet, Stone Coat Art Coat resin is heat resistant up to almost 500F. I’ve made a few and have placed a saucepan directly from our gas stovetop on them with no problems. We did a resin top on both of our nightstands and I wanted a really durable resin for that project. They turned out great. I’d never done a countertop like project before and my hubby hadn’t done any resin so, I was definitely keeping my fingers crossed!😂 Have a safe trip and enjoy every minute with your new grand baby!

I love the little Koi hearts! They're so amazing. They sound pretty heavy to be necklaces, even with a light leather cord (I think that might be the word you were looking for) but keychains, a hanging mobile, purse or backpack embellishment, those totally work! They'd make a great pull-tab for zippers for people with dexterity issues, too. Just fyi. I've seen some really arthritic people or people with severe disabilities that needed to have something big they could grab to use their zippers.
Both are great but that tray is beautiful! Love the two types of background and the gold in the stickers. I know Julie has said the loop part on the puffy heart cures slower because it isn't as deep as the other part of the mold. Glad to see you back and feeling better!

Hi so sorry to hear that you were unwell,, hope your feeling better now the large koi fish one is gorgeous,😮 😉and love the puffy hearts, 😮😉infact I got some puffy hearts on order with fine holographic gliter, and black liquid pigment for uv resin,, I think I'll experiment first on smaller things, to see how the hearts turn out should be here Monday some time. I bought a thick large glass dried flower heart pendent a couple of years bk from Amazon,,but found out that moisture got into it, so I know that won't happen with resin, I want to recreate that look with dried flowers, I have always made the mistake with the front and bk of the pendent moulds. So now I know what to do. Thanks to your video tutorial. Rest up and take care have a great and exciting week.❤
@@resinnut9335 Hi 🦋,, I've always wanted to get the ones with the loop at the top,, my son orders them for me as he has Amazon prime on his phone,, and even though he looked for them they didn't have the looped top puffy hearts,,, so had to get the puffy heart that you drill apparently they make pendents and key chain dangles or key rings,, I love the dichroic look and and holographic powders,,, and I have Lets a resin brands of chameleon powders and Flakes plus mixology glitters,, and the glow in the dark is a differant brand,,, I used to make things with polymer clay,,, and made rainbow colors of raspberries from the mould I got a few months bk,, with pastle foam clay well it was a kids set,,!!! But the results were stunning,,,and look good on an elasticated bracelet or curb chain, with 6mm crystals of the same colours,, it does harden after a few days,,, but not like polymer,,, but a foam,,, I did a faberge resin egg a couple of years back,,, and resined 6mm crystals in a sort of spiral around the resin egg with oval AB clear crystal on the top by using uv resin as glue,,, and put it on my LED light stand it turned out gorgeous, I've gone mostly in to working with resin now and love it despite my failures. I had recently. Will try out my frog mould some time. but will mix well taking extra caution. So there you have it. I will let you know how I get on,, my puffy hearts arrive Monday,,, with my holographic glitter,,,, liquid pigments tomorrow morning,, so take care haveca great week.❤️👍🦋
As your manouvering the resin around the tray all I can think of is crepes with honey on. I haven't seen this done before, it turned out great, love the colours mixed with the rocks. Great to see your on the mend, sounds a nasty one!

Did you warm the resin at all?
I live in Arizona and normally do not need to warm it. While I'm here in Oregon I am heating my part A of my 1 : 1 resin :)
