Honestly, for Livion, he needs a pure destroyer build. A GOD of destruction build. God Splitter for combo strings, Super Ki Explosion is a good option, Divine Kamehameha for beam counters, and hakai (obviously). As for a super, Godly Display because regulates cannot be finalized enough. Any evasive would be good. As for an ultimate, maybe Soul Punisher to be flashy? Yes, this is a purely Ki based build, but I’ve known Livion to be a Ki based Saiyan.

I think a cool Livion form would be some sort of Super Saiyan and Potential unleashed fusion as it seems like an interesting concept and godly techniques being added to Super Saiyan isn't unheard of, with things like Super Kaioken and Goku absorbing the spirit bomb in the Android 13 movie.
The beast transformation should be a tad faster cause the idea is for you to be a glass cannon but if activating it alone can kill you you're not a glass cannon you're just glass.
I don´t know what´s funnier at this point, a modder bragging about using mods, or that same modder rage quitting for getting his butt kicked into another universe by someone with actual skill...hmm now that I think about it, I think the second one IS the funniest 😆😂
