Hi Nice video. On your argument referring to the long runners on the SHO you didn't pause to think the the SHO engine has injectors at the head not where the long runners start. The long runners were there to increase air speed. I admit that I thought the runner may be a bit long but the proof is in how it both starts and how it runs. It may be a little harder to start on really cold days. If it revs up with no bogging down then it doesn't matter the length is fine. The other benefit is it keeps the carb out of harm's way. It's both protected from sticks and rocks plus it won't drown in semi deep water. Super nice job. Thanks!
@@EnginesbyAustin well as cool as that is bro, it is well known that long runners generally aid in tourque, short runners are generally in top end based applications.. not saying that tables can't be turned with each setup, but it seems most agree, and plenty of info online supporting the fact that length aids in tourque. Length ads resistance to flow compared to same diameter intake but one that is shorter will flow more, top end in short requires more air/fuel, so having said that it makes much more sense that longer would better suit low to mid-range applications, and shorter for top-end.
That thing is even better now.im glad you did the long runner intake so I could see a proof of concept. I'm really excited to see the full riding video. Also dont feel bad I have to pay out of pocket for all my parts too lol.

Reason why I want it is it I can’t weld but have always wanted a predator dirt bike once I saw your vids. I got the stuff for it I just can’t weld so I figured I’d ask if you’d sell it. Got a motor and all for it. I would just need to buy the frame from you haha
A modified predator like this is stronger than the ghost. The ghost is just a 212 with a stage 2 kit pre installed
What a cool swap. Great job.
I remember when you very first built it
Right on!
Nice Job 👍. A few years back I converted a 1973 Honda XL100 for my ten year old son. I found an XL185 engine which I then converted with an XR200 barrel and carb. Really easy conversion and performance is markedly better. Still run around on it, My son’s now thirty and I have no doubt that when his son is born and old enough he’ll be riding it. (Time goes so fast)
Awesome and yeah time flies with kiddos 👍
That's a hemi engine nice
