Thanks Phill, that looks an interesting saw, and pretty good value for money ! I'm not sure I'd bother with changing blades day to day as I like to have a number tools ready to use for each purpose, but it would be ideal for keeping in the car, at the allotment or taking on holiday or camping where it would be so handy to have all the functions in one compact package !
Hi Phill, Good review on this Parkside saw, I was looking at this last Friday in my local Lidl and for £6.99 it's a bargain for a 3 in1 saw. But I did pick up a pair of Parkside side cutters for £2.99 I might get the long nose pliers tomorrow at Lidl while i'm getting the Milk.......... As always a great video, catch you soon take care
The three in one saw Hack saw , garden saw , Toolbox saw , it looks sturdy made only time will tell how long the joints will last , the only problem with this type of tool are spare blades and the availability of them in store which will probably need going through the inter net to obtain more , the saw is more like for reluctant diy hero , but for the avid diyer the one saw one job is probably still the best option. Phil.
How would get replacement blades in the future, these sort of shops like aldi, lidl, there in the shops for a while and then gone if you asked for replacement blades thayed think your bonkers,
The metal and plastic blades are standard ones and cheap. Fox tail and garden blade probably would cost more than the whole set. If you're going to use the two wood blades that much, better get a regular saw then and keep using the Lidl saw with the metal blades. 🤷🏼♀️

Must have! Here I have been a handyman/woodworker for 32 years, how on earth did I get by?
@@RamonMarais-k2k it's a must-have because of the value for money 💰 saves the casual DIYer from buying 3 different saws at more cost.
Buy 2 then you have a dedicated hacksaw and 2 replacement blades
Good idea !
Oh yea not a bad idea.
Does that not defeat the object? 😂

For £6.99 it's a good deal just as a Hacksaw.
