Top level quality vid as always. No other person, pro or otherwise simplifies such complex concepts.
Also at 5:27. The girl in the back ground with the hijab casually throwing a question mark kick, miss, to in instant high side kick. What a sequence!

So crisp and clean! These are all so well executed. I really like that first guy in sequence #5. So many great teaching points and tips in this one. I usually avoid ankle picks, I am often just too small/light to get the required push to the upper body. It ends up being all ankle because I just cant get over there enough, I always feels like my head could hit the wall at any time😂. Really nice examples, always impressive.

Thank you! I do agree ankle pick rarely works , for me as well. I only included 1 ankle pick there haha

Dagestani handcuff is super useful. Jeff shows it here against the cage, but it also is viable with a takedown in space that leads to half guard.
Got a question for you on the high crotch + running the pipe takedown against the cage. Do you prefer a head inside or head outside?
[EDIT] - One additional thing about the high crotch for people who might not be aware - keep the hand snaking around the back of the leg on top when clasping your arms. If they try to yank your arm up, your arms go higher up into the crotch. If the front arm is on top, that upward yank by the defender will lead to an arm popping free.

    Excellent bro 👊💪👍
I was always a really good striker but now I'm 41 and learning to up my wrestling and ground game (cause it's equally important) since I can't do what I did with 20' and 30'.
So that's my advice to everyone who is in martial arts. Don't rely only on one part of martial arts, try to be well rounded with skills because for what ever reason you will need more skills... Of course that's if you want to be a martial artist your whole life.

Please make a video on how to do an outside leg trip safely and properly (and what not to do). I can't imagine the number of people who will watch this and blow out their partners' knees because they didn't learn important details.

Most gyms don’t have a dedicated program for MMA. It’s usually a competition class for people who know both striking and grappling. So Try to do a striking discipline and grappling, then try to just mix it up yourself via sparring! Add in cage wrestling,m and ground and pound

Cage wrestling is based more on cardio and strength. Guys who could never take me down in the open can score on the cage. That’s why it’s important not to get backed up.

Any chance of those returning? There’s been a ton of new technical fighters (Alex Pereira, Leon Edwards, Ilia Topuria, Jonathan Haggerty etc.).
