I've worked for Mr. Wynn and have had the pleasure of knowing him at a business level as well as on a social level. The philosophy is simple! Give the BEST guest service...word of mouth is a great marketing tool! He is one of the most intelligent and generous men I've ever known! Want to know why he is wealthy and distinguished? It is simple...he cares about his employees, guests., business partners, etc. He is at the top because he is super intelligent AND logical! Think about it...
