Seems like Atkpwr losing the far right jungle fight everytime is a canon event
I wonder why he even puts stuff there now...
Grille and recon neg diffs that forest
Yeah I dont know why I am continuously struggling over there haha
Why didn't you push the middle? You said multiple times that your side is favoured because you can push the middle. You prepared for a push in the middle. You know he doesn't have tanks in A (and without light AT, cromwell spam is amazing in A against 2pz). And yet, you didn't push.
I like how atkpwr gets roasted by you every vid he plays 😂
Think he was more desperate for flags than positional advantage.
@@OMGItsBlitz Tbf, I am not raosting, I am giving advices.
Seeing him spread all of his cromwells out hurts my soul, should’ve just play like Stan lol.
Appreciate the help as always! I did better in my next Orsha East game haha
Caster curse on this one. Hill pression, taking death throw pens, pin point arty/mortar fire. Great game tho 😁
Thanks for watching!
wow, never been so early!
Nice!
Commenting for the algorithm 🫶🏼
Replying demonstrates engagement.
Thank you sir!!
It wasn't about infantry being better or not. It was the tanks that did all the heavy lifting and you had no counter to that.
I should have pushed harder in A phase clearly
something I found out recently that surprised me is that the 94mm howitzer used by some British vehicles (I cant remember which Cromwell it was) had just as much HE filler as a 75mm HE shell from a Sherman. honestly I am really wondering how they managed to make a low velocity 94mm gun have such a low HE power to its shells.
To be fair, the Sherman's 75mm HE was extremely good for its caliber.
This doesn't seem right, figure I found for 95mm CS howitzer is 1.7kg of filler, while for 75mm HE of Sherman it's 0.68kg.
Now the final power of explosive shell depends on more than just mere weight of filler, as construction of shell, type of mixture and proportions of composite can change a lot, and I can't find info anywhere on what the composite used was, but I'd wager it's at least twice as powerful with these figures
Very interesting!
@@czwarty7878 perhaps there were different 95mm howitzers as the one I was pulling from was originally a ww1 howitzer and its HE payload was quite small from what seems to have been a remarkably short shell. maybe they updated them later but I can't find that 1.7Kg filler anywhere that you are referencing.
the 114mm howitzer has only about 1.1 Kg of filler so it can't be a mixup of that one.
okay after looking into it there were 2 different 94mm howitzers in use, the ordenance 95 QF howitzer which was fitted to some tanks late in the war and the earlier ones used a 3.7 inch howitzer that was primarily meant for firing smoke canisters and also had a diameter of 94mm or 3.7 inches. those ones meant for firing smoke had a high explosive shell option but its HE filler had about the same total weight as the HE of the 75mm gun from the Sherman with the key difference being that the sherman 75mm projectile was much longer than the projectile from the old mountain guns using a caliber of 94x92mm.
for reference the later ordinance QF 95 was 94x206R but didn't have much higher of a velocity implying the propellant charge nearly doubling was used to push a much heavier projectile.
I think that is the first time someone has said British infantry is better then someone else's 😂😂
Yeah I take it back haha
Is it just me or is battle weary noticeable? When that mortar landed near the assault engineers in the town the suppression seemed significantly higher than usual.
It is +25% suppression
It definitely has an effect, but I dont think its backbreaking
I've been playing a lot of 101st and for some reason they just click. I love AB rifles
I understand, the division has some cool things about it!
I really like the 7th armored. The battle weary trait is very negligible for me and units can usually survive a battle just fine with leadership.
Im suprised you didnt go for any of the .50 cal half tracks. I take double vetted mot rifles in b to make sure they do a lot of damage.
Yeah I do the same thing. So good for dashing forward.
There were a lot of things I should have done better here haha
I just can’t make this division work personally. I tried it 3 times in ranked, lost 3 times, switched to something I am more comfy with and ended up beating an opponent using 7th. The tanks, recon and airforce are great but the A phase cqc severely underperforms and I do think that the battle weary trait just ends up screwing you in too many crucial inf engagements. Maybe it’s just not my cup of tea.
Play vanguard and spam recon cromwells + 1 leader Cromwell + 2 Cromwell6 + crusader AA with some half track infantry alongside and push straight to the spawn at the start of the game. Use your first or second tick to buy a fighter bomber to clear out a forest if there’s one you have to get through.
Any normal medium tank/AT gun pretty much dies instantly when shot at by 5 75mm and 2 94mm at the same time. Just make sure you have your infantries/halftracks in front of the tanks so they don’t get surprise bazooka, and they will also get shot at first if the enemy decides to call in a heavy giving you enough time to play with LoS and call in some AT gun. The infantry can’t really push into forests but they can hold the edge just fine, let the tanks do the work.
This is one of the cheesiest starts ever, please dont do this haha
I struggle with it too, sometimes divisions just dont match our style, thats the beauty of the game!
Close game. I think your main issue is that you dont play this div how its good. Its more like pancerna where you very much play around armor with the odd inf here and there. You overrelied on inf which isnt the sellingpoint of this div its the support for your other tools not the other way around.
I also agree I dont get the hype for this div sure its a decently good div but not some powerhouse I feel people keep ranting about it to be.
Oh I am definitely not that great with these divisions, thats for sure
