can i tell you a good story///// we got a used 2014 gmc suv it had about 20,000.miles yes it did and we paid about $20,000. for it this was about 3 yrs or so we dont drive much so it now has about 40,000 miles on it we would take a trip once in awhile we go to town once or twice a week that is about 10 miles one way so like i said 2014 with 20,000 miles we had a tire that started to lose air this year so mike took it in to get all new tires put on it and then a mechanic came out when he was done and told my husband that the tires on it was the original tires that was put on it in 2014
I am retired now, but I have to admit that as a 25 year EMS veteran, I struggled horribly with the anger unleashed on me and my EMS crew almost every time we saved an overdose patient. It has been beyond belief, the wicked things said to us and for quite a while I took it incredibly personal. Then one day a great (non EMS) friend of mine shared with me a simple but profound statement from a lesson in his church… “With life, there is hope.” This simple and easy to understand statement cemented itself in my soul and made the following rescues peaceful and tolerable for me. I know many that have struggled with addiction have passed, including many I have treated, but I can easily look back and know that God is ok with me and there is truly hope for all that walk this earth. Timely that “A Christmas Carol” is such an amazing writing? So congratulations on overcoming your hurdles in life. You are indeed worthy and an appreciated soul. a very Merry Christmas from our home to yours. “With life there is hope.”

Paul you are an example that God can change the failures in our lives and turn them into successes and it is so good to see. I have had several friends through the years who were totally into drugs and alcohol and in and out of jail and prison and everyone around them said they will never be able to change and overcome their weaknesses, but, after years God was able to touch them and lift them out of the pit. It was so wonderful to watch the changes in them and in their lives. With God, all things are indeed possible. Praise the Lord for His Mercy and Grace and His undying love. Thank you for using your channel to spread the news and be a light in this world. Thank you.

What a wonderful testimony of what our Lord can do in our lives! My Dad was a drinker when I was a child. When he became a child of God he never had a drink again and became a lay preacher with my sisters and myself singing with him. He had a gospel program for 25 years on our local TV station. Our God is great and with Him nothing is impossible.I love O Holy Night! One of my favorites with Mary, Did You Know?
This morning it was 50 F this morning here in Pittsburgh. Right now it is 33 F and started to snow around noon. The snow gas began to stick now, mainly on the grass and the flakes are huge. In fact I was out spreading deicer when you played that wonderful rendition of O Holy Night. Merry Christmas to you and yours. May you find the Peace, Love, Joy and Charity through out the rest of this year and the coming New Year. God Bless my friend and Brother in Christ.

Thanks for the encouragement. My daughter just left for Marysville Prison, but for only 3 1/2 months. I haven’t given up on her, nor will I ever! I do know it’s up to her, but it’s comforting to know, I’m sure, that someone still believes in you. Sorry to hear about all the truck troubles. I had to drop and unexpected $600 on my truck yesterday which sent my wife and I into a bit of a spin right before Christmas, with 5 kids. However, the experience has allowed me to step back and reflect on the holiday, and realize that it's not about gifts and money, and that's how I'm choosing to celebrate. (Kind of always have).
