• Westopolis: Attack 35 GUN members
• Digital Circuit: Destroy the core program
• Cryptic Castle: Light 5 lanterns
•• White Chaos Emerald boss - Egg Breaker (Tip: use Chaos Control to slow down time)
• Central City: Set off 5 giant bombs
• The ARK: Destroy 4 defense units
•• Turquoise Emerald boss - Blue Falcon
• Gun Fortress: Destroy 3 computer cores
• Red Emerald boss - Diablon
Pt. 2: 100% Evil (Searching for "Ultimate")
• Westopolis (normal): Find the Blue Chaos Emerald (Tip: use Chaos Control to get to the Emerald Ring)
• Glyphic Canyon (normal): Get the Yellow Chaos Emerald
• Prison Island: Attack 40 GUN members
• The Doom: Kill 50 GUN members
•• Boss - Heavy Dog
• The ARK: Destroy 4 defense units
•• Turquoise Emerald boss - Blue Falcon
• Gun Fortress (hero): Protect the Purple Chaos Emerald (Tip: use Chaos Control to get to the Emerald Ring)
