I've had my F-85 for three months, and I run 20-25 miles per week on it. I am 6 feet tall, 180 lbs. The big motor and wide belt are great. It is quiet and stable. But it arrived with a belt speed 20% faster than it reported, and the right side rail speed control did not work. It took three weeks for Sole warranty support to get back to me, and then two more weeks for the repair part to arrive and the repair technician to come to my home. But the technician fixed both issues and helped me sort out other minor topics. Would I buy again? Yes.
@John Gardner. I had the F63 and felt it was also faster than indicated. How did you actually determine this and did calibrating fix it? I had a few minor issue and it also took about 3 weeks for Sole support to contact me. I ended up returning it because I feel I need the F80 or F85. Also another channel said Sole decreased the warranty to 10 years and that its stated in owners manual. Soles website says Lifetime warranty on frame, motor and deck. Is it 10years or lifetime on those components?
@RA 375 I bought a Runn belt speed sensor from North Pole Engineering. It isn't the easiest to set up or use, but I got it to work. It showed me the actual speed the belt was traveling.
It would be nice to tell viewers whether one can use it in an apartment and if it is quiet enough if you live above someone? If there is a mat or someway to reduce the noise and/or vibrations of the treadmill.
An anyone tell me: can you change the screen while running from the "timer" and other metrics and instead show your progress around a "virtual track?" Or are you stuck ONLY looking at the timer countdown and other metrics?
I have seen many people complain about the pre installed apps not working. None of the reviewers have also talked about it. Please I would like to find out whether the Netflix, RUclips etc work. Thanks
Hi I connected my iphone to the treadmill, but when I'm playing music it is only playing it through the left speaker and not both speakers. Do you guys have the same problem?
When I got my machine the touch screen was totally unmounted from the machine being held by a little wire. I duct taped it back up and had to deal with customer service to get a replacement console
There is a big flaw that it has (I own one myself) you can't sign in to your RUclips account meaning no saved playlists and no premium. You will be trying to skip through ads while running on it leading to possibly injury. I spoke to the company today and they do not have a ETA of a fix causing me to refund my machine.
I own an F-85. I use my cell phone to chromecast to an old TV monitor I placed on a table in front of the Sole, 5x the size of the F-85 screen. Voila! Instant RUclips.
If I wanted to start my run with 6mph setting will I have to hit the up or down 10 times to reach the 6mph zone since the presets are 5 and 7 (skipping 6?) thx

Do you need the “studio “ membership to access the apps like Netflix etc?

How often does sole come out with new upgrades to there treadmills?
It's hard to tell because while the machines are durable their customer service is lacking
Nice review!! I’m new to treadmills is this good for multiple family members’ use??
Yes. You can actually program multiple user profiles into the software.

No the touch screen has a volume + - you can hold down with your finger
The annoying Bluetooth speaker sound and the inability to link my RUclips account is frustrating. Anyone have ideas?
