Kyle Lowry? Seriously? Have you seen the playmaking in the minutes when he's off the court? And not too much was expected from Love and he's mostly met expectations. Especially when he's slotted as the backup big behind Bam. For the Heat it's Josh Richardson...barely. Shocking given that he's been heating up lately (no pun intended this time) but that's only in regard to his shot making (and even then he started the season Pluto level cold). He was intended to be the backup point guard and has failed miserably in that role. He consistently has the team's lowest +/- in the 4th quarter often going -10 to -13 in that period. And given that literally all of our other guards besides Lowry are injured at the moment, he's gonna have to play on ball alot more unless the yeam runs the offense through Bam or Jimmy if Richardson is on the floor. Jimmy is probably up next given that his overall efficiency (sans 3pt and FT percentage) has gone down. But his increased willingness to take threes (and actually making them) saves him.

Kyle Lowry? Seriously? Have you seen the playmaking in the minutes when he's off the court? And not too much was expected from Love and he's mostly met expectations. Especially when he's slotted as the backup big behind Bam.
For the Heat it's Josh Richardson...barely. Shocking given that he's been heating up lately (no pun intended this time) but that's only in regard to his shot making (and even then he started the season Pluto level cold). He was intended to be the backup point guard and has failed miserably in that role. He consistently has the team's lowest +/- in the 4th quarter often going -10 to -13 in that period. And given that literally all of our other guards besides Lowry are injured at the moment, he's gonna have to play on ball alot more unless the yeam runs the offense through Bam or Jimmy if Richardson is on the floor.
Jimmy is probably up next given that his overall efficiency (sans 3pt and FT percentage) has gone down. But his increased willingness to take threes (and actually making them) saves him.
Lowry still takes over games with the hustle and playmaking it’s sort of insane. No way he’s the most disappointing
@@ratcomedy Exactly. I think people just form their opinions on his box score production based on his contract. He's solid, easily the Heat's best playmaker, lost a step on defense but is still savvy enough to not be a liability on that end, hustles, and when guys are missing due to injuries, he has shown that he can pick up the scoring slack.
@@dstreet4599 agree with all that. I would also add just the experience too, he knows how to handle late game situations and when to hit the gas.
