Dennis Bowen I hope you're talking about (soccer) football. What we call football in America isn't the most popular in the world. And based upon Dantheman's picture of Tom Brady, he's talking about American football.
Good video, lots of good and bad memories. One of my favorites was BSU winning the Fiesta Bowl, I grew up in Boise and watched the game at a huge party, the room exploded when they got that 2pt conversion.
I like watching soccer moments just because of how hyped all of the players and spectators get. Don't get me wrong, american football gets crazy but soccer fans just lose all mental faculties and go full blown, bat-shit wild.
+Lovre Toman So it is for American football in our heartland. But I'm ambi-passionate so I can listen to the sermons of both Joe Starkey and Jack Van Gelder (and throw in Rod Bramblett for the fun of it).
How about the 2004 Red Sox coming back from down 3-0 in the series to beat the Yankees then sweep the cardinals in the world series and winning it for the first time in 86 years?
Great video! I would only add Lillard hitting that three pointer against the Rockets to win the series and Arizona's fumble recovery for a touchdown in the playoffs in OT vs. Green Bay.
Well it wasn't a offensive penalty and it was a great catch that's why people talk about it even if they lost. Please don't comment back I don't have time to talk with people who have no clue what they're talking about
One of the best compilation videos I've seen in a long time... but the music actually kills it. People love the roar of the crowds, so just the live audio would have been good... good compilation though.
Great vid that Auburn returned field goal against Bama is something you may never see again. A player running a 109 yards down a football field with no time left.
Actually, I need to correct that, I'd put The Immaculate Reception ahead of Kick 6 for Greatest American Play and for the rest of the world, the greatest play of all-time is by..........(drum roll please).......SERGIO AGUERRRRROOOOO back in 2012! (or maybe some dude named Pele-but I can't find the clip of him dribbling past most of the opponents then passing the ball to a wide open teammate ).
Great comp! I would have really liked to have seen Burrows scoring in overtime/game 7 for the Canucks against Chicago in 2010 since it was by far one of (if not THE) most exciting game 7 overtime finishes in the last 10 years in the NHL, but I guess you can't have everything.
Soccer IS a yanky sport because the rest of the world call it football because you play it with your fucking FEET! and what the yanks call football is a game where people carry a ball in their hands.........
+Malango soccer isn't a yank sport you dumbass it was made by the Europeans in the 1800 we just call it soccer because when it was introduced to America they already had American football
Jared Becker yeah but the game 6 was rigged and the kings should have won the series. the kings where the better team but the nba is even better. Its a shame that stuff like this happens
I was watching bsu vs Oklahoma live. And to this day I still say it was the greatest most exciting sporting event I ever witnessed. He even proposed to his girl after!! Ugh it was perfect
+12BJJOHNSON I watched that game live too. It was an absolutely awesome game. Neck and neck until the very end for sure. But it didn't have no hook and lateral. It didn't have no Statue of Liberty. Usc Texas was maybe the best traditional game I've seen but bsu vs Oklahoma had that 'what did I just see' factor
Great one: you included the Auburn run back of the Alabama missed FG. To include next time: (all of these are American football) 1) Cal's return against Stanford "THE BAND IS ON FIELD!" Trombone played gets trucked play. 2) Doug Flutie's Hail Mary, beating Bernie Kosar's Miami Hurricanes (I consider this the greatest college football game ever.) 3) The original Hail Mary - Staubach to Pearson, beating the Vikings 1976. 4) Ravens / Vikings snow game in Baltimore - 3 TD's in last 28 seconds. 5) Ravens / Titans playoff 2000 - Ravens block FG attempt, return for TD 6) Ed Reed returns missed Denver FG attempt, Ray Lewis levels a Bronco. 7) The original hook-and-ladder play: Miami vs San Diego, playoff at the Orange Bowl, end of 1st half. 8) Saints run the multiple lateral play for a TD to get within 1 pt, then kicker misses the PAT 9) Megatron goes up against triple coverage and comes down with the catch (Detroit's Calvin Johnson) - pick a play, he's done this dozens of times. 10) Tennessee coming up a yard short in Super Bowl against the Rams. 11) Lynn Swan - 2 catches in Super Bowl X. 1st the sideline acrobatic. 2nd he tips it to himself near midfield. 12) John Elway helicopter play (against Green Bay? in a Super Bowl?)
Came here to see one person’s interpretation of the best sporting moments, stayed for the comments...... Some great stuff I otherwise wouldn’t have seen, some great fan reactions and some great athletes. PS I can read a description. It’s mostly US sports, I don’t see much coverage of them here in the U.K. so I’m quite happy to see it being dominated by US sport. PPS If you think your nation is the greatest, well that’s just dandy, I love my country but that doesn’t mean I hate yours nor does it make mine better, it just makes it mine.
May I ask where the incredible anchor leg by Jason Lezak in the Men's 4x100 freestyle relay at the 2008 Olympics was? He's the reason why Michael Phelps got 8 gold medals at the Beijing Olympics, not 7 golds and a silver. While we're on the topic of Michael Phelps at Beijing, I didn't see the 100 fly where he out touched Cavic by .01 either! All of the things in the video were impressive, but I think these should have definitely been included. If you decide to make a second video, please include these great swimming moments. Thanks.
Where is Brian Scalabrine's 720 between the legs triple backflip dunk from halfcourt on deandre jordan and anthony davis.
Nice move throwing in Tiger's downhill chip. Sickest Golf shot of all time!
Hockey is the most underrated sport.
DoVa Shark totaly agree
Steven Klein golf is
***** That's funny. Good one, man.
***** Football is the most popular sport in the world...
That front flip over those two guys at the endzone 7:46 was the best play I've EVER seen in my life. That was SICK!!
I like watching soccer moments just because of how hyped all of the players and spectators get.
Don't get me wrong, american football gets crazy but soccer fans just lose all mental faculties and go full blown, bat-shit wild.
+Christian Cunningham because football is religion
I know how you feel.
+Christian Cunningham feel what?
Feel passionate about a sport.
+Lovre Toman So it is for American football in our heartland. But I'm ambi-passionate so I can listen to the sermons of both Joe Starkey and Jack Van Gelder (and throw in Rod Bramblett for the fun of it).
Scott Sterling should get a spot.
The man, the myth, the legend!!!!
2 sports lol
What a perfect montage. Incredible clips and music. 10/10
Excellent piece. Well done.
Euroleague final 2012...There is a moment greater than all those moments combined
Farve as a Viking was fucking phenomenal
Ikr
+Mr. Speaker As a Saints fan I agree. Im so happy he was the QB in '09.
+Ned Beasley lolololol
He went to the vikings to show them that even HE couldn't take their sorry asses to the super bowl
Go pack go
Man, that USA - Algeria game, I remember watching that. Totally an amazing goal from Donovan! Nice video!
How about the 2004 Red Sox coming back from down 3-0 in the series to beat the Yankees then sweep the cardinals in the world series and winning it for the first time in 86 years?
Baseballs stupid
+HOTROD_XD well lookie here we got ourselves a RUclips troll. Get a life
I'm not a fan of baseball but even I know of that and definitely believe it deserves to be on here
2004 ALCS should have been on here without question that series was unreal.
So is punctuation.
Man, I'll never forget that FGCU dunk. Watched that game with a bunch of friends; the entire room absolutely erupted.
man city vs qpr 2012?
Sean McQuilkin Thank you! Where was that? Too much Lakers and Steelers and not enough soccer.
Sean McQuilkin ikr, they should add north american sports only to the title
It says in the description
Fried Chicken I think that footnote was added recently.
But it shows bales goal vs Barcelona
Great video! I would only add Lillard hitting that three pointer against the Rockets to win the series and Arizona's fumble recovery for a touchdown in the playoffs in OT vs. Green Bay.
Greatest fuzzy moments in videography
the music in the background always makes it more climatic & memorable!
Do you know the first song?
song at 9:00 is Immediate Music- Serenata Immortale
third song.
what about the one before?
Rays and Yankees game 162 should of been on there. That whole day in baseball was crazy
if it was through 2015 they wouldve added odells catch FOR SURE
Hassan Barakat or the buckeyes
They didn't win... So no, they wouldn't,
12BJJohnson How was it offensive PI? When Carr was holding on to Odell's jersey??
Well it wasn't a offensive penalty and it was a great catch that's why people talk about it even if they lost. Please don't comment back I don't have time to talk with people who have no clue what they're talking about
"2004-2014 that stuff was in 2015
Usually I criticize music during these kind of videos, but it really brang out the true emotion of some of these events, well done.

+Dimitris Bekiaris Read the description
I'm freezing after watching this.. So many chills
you shoulda put the Red Sox winning the World Series in 2013
One of the best compilation videos I've seen in a long time... but the music actually kills it. People love the roar of the crowds, so just the live audio would have been good... good compilation though.
The Seahawks vs. Packers was one of the worst calls in football history and later after the game they found out one of the refs were paid!
Someone's a butthurt cheesehead
Yeet123718-292828282 Lol someone stats facts, and the other insults like a child. Grow up dude.
Lol a butthurt cheesehead. xD the fail Mary was a fail though. (I am a hawks fan no hate plz)
Yeet123718-292828282 Dude, it's called the Fail Mary for a reason. Should have been called interception
+Derek Doldy Ah, yeah, the refs are supposed to get paid, they're not calling the game for free.

Great vid that Auburn returned field goal against Bama is something you may never see again. A player running a 109 yards down a football field with no time left.
Nice video man! But so american xD
As a 99 kid, the most memorable are the Giants helmet catch, the IU beating #1 Kentucky and the steelers tiptoe touchdown against the cards in the sb

Future Zaid IKR, should be at the top of the list!
True Dat!!
Future Zaid That was one of the worst moments in sport :)

16:20 greatest sports play ever
+Henry Patton agreed!
+Henry Patton Nah, only in American History !
estilkind please show me a play thats better
Actually, I need to correct that, I'd put The Immaculate Reception ahead of Kick 6 for Greatest American Play and for the rest of the world, the greatest play of all-time is by..........(drum roll please).......SERGIO AGUERRRRROOOOO back in 2012! (or maybe some dude named Pele-but I can't find the clip of him dribbling past most of the opponents then passing the ball to a wide open teammate ).
+estilkind the immaculate reception was luck, and that goal was a regular goal
I'm glad you put the 2007 fiesta bowl in here. What would be a sports moments video without the statue of liberty play?
10% sports 90% handegg
+Anza21 i think a soccer player got hurt just reading this post
As if Football any less of a sport
Rugby is hand egg. Nfl has a egg but the ends are pointy
you stole the rules from rugby and the name from football
+Anza21 Didn't really steal anything
Great comp! I would have really liked to have seen Burrows scoring in overtime/game 7 for the Canucks against Chicago in 2010 since it was by far one of (if not THE) most exciting game 7 overtime finishes in the last 10 years in the NHL, but I guess you can't have everything.

Sean Fogarty Was that between '04 and '14? I'd like to see that.
Stupid american sports.
Soul Reaper the thumbnail is a basketball picture lol
That entire 4th quarter of the Eagles game was insane. Vick had like 130 rushing yards in that quarter alone.
I automatically downed this video due to Barry Bonds. Cheaters should never be tolerated.
Lakers in the thumbnail now that's a video i can respect!
It's 2016. Get rid of these crap blurry video clips.

It's moments like these that make you smile and the best moment
What the fuck happened to my screen at 2:30?
Amazing collection of sports.
Barry Bonds, the juicer, in the highlight reel? Pathetic.
your just jealous of his skills. pathetic
Sorry mate, I don't properly reply to people that can't spell "you're" correctly. Douche.
+Arlo Bennett Juicer or not, he's one of the best baseball players ever. If you don't realize that, you're a fool.
Well that's what happens when you cheat.. you taint your name and your career forever.
Arlo Bennett
I love people like yourself that act like they're above it all. You would absolutely do it, too. Don't kid yourself, you moral superior.

Amazing video man.
Awesome vid nice job!
I loved the bale one and it was a great video
great video man
Great way to end a great video
Chills throughout
Great one: you included the Auburn run back of the Alabama missed FG.
To include next time: (all of these are American football)
1) Cal's return against Stanford "THE BAND IS ON FIELD!" Trombone played gets trucked play.
2) Doug Flutie's Hail Mary, beating Bernie Kosar's Miami Hurricanes (I consider this the greatest college football game ever.)
3) The original Hail Mary - Staubach to Pearson, beating the Vikings 1976.
4) Ravens / Vikings snow game in Baltimore - 3 TD's in last 28 seconds.
5) Ravens / Titans playoff 2000 - Ravens block FG attempt, return for TD
6) Ed Reed returns missed Denver FG attempt, Ray Lewis levels a Bronco.
7) The original hook-and-ladder play: Miami vs San Diego, playoff at the Orange Bowl, end of 1st half.
8) Saints run the multiple lateral play for a TD to get within 1 pt, then kicker misses the PAT
9) Megatron goes up against triple coverage and comes down with the catch (Detroit's Calvin Johnson) - pick a play, he's done this dozens of times.
10) Tennessee coming up a yard short in Super Bowl against the Rams.
11) Lynn Swan - 2 catches in Super Bowl X. 1st the sideline acrobatic. 2nd he tips it to himself near midfield.
12) John Elway helicopter play (against Green Bay? in a Super Bowl?)
what's the wake me up remix at the beginning? btw this is an amazing video, I can recall most of these memorable moments.
3:36
Will go down as one of my all time favorite memories as a life long Packers fan.

Boise State vs Oklahoma is still the greatest football game I've ever watched.
Great Video
Nice vid, but you should have put replays
5:52 The musics drop timed perfectly with that shot tho
I knew that Georgia-Auburn catch was gonna be on here...Still stings to this day. That one was hard to take in as a Dawgs fan lol
That Boise state game was amazing
love what u did with johny
should have been called the greatest moments in baseball, football, soccer, basketball, and hockey.
dempsey goal vs Ghana on a world cup is one of the greatest moments in sports, are you kidding me?????!!!!!!
May I ask where the incredible anchor leg by Jason Lezak in the Men's 4x100 freestyle relay at the 2008 Olympics was? He's the reason why Michael Phelps got 8 gold medals at the Beijing Olympics, not 7 golds and a silver. This was fricking epic
Good job showing Motor Racing, golf, tennis, track and field and a whole fucking host of other sports.
auburn and Alabama was the only time I yelled at my tv during a game ever out of excitement
