Have you tried to remove your hard disc and re insert it again. If it still didn't work, then take a hard disc (drive), install Windows on it using another computer (friend's) and replace it with the one that's not working. Then, add the existing one back on and you should be able to access it.
Your computer should restart itself a few times before it goes into the automatic repair mode. Also, please try my other troubleshoot videos, links in the description. All the best!

I saw your 3 video but still inaccessible boot drive what i do please help?
