    I like to take alpha lipoic acid(R-lipoic) with creatine monohydrate for insulin spike. Works perfect!
    Agmatine sulfate which is metabolite of arginine is way better for the pumps than l-arginine+citrulline plus nootropic benefits.

    1 split in pre and intra, 2nd in post.

    Things no one takes into account:
    Efficient stimulus to the vagus nerve in regards to absorption and malabsorption of protein based food PRODUCTS.
    Flavor enhancers, anti-caking additives etc effects on digestion, recognition and absorption or malabsorption of protein food PRODUCTS.
    Comparison of absorption of whole protein foods vs protein products (shakes, bars, cookies).
    Protein synthesis in sedentary individuals.
    Protein synthesis in active individuals.
    Protein synthesis in high intensity trained athletes.
    Protein synthesis in high intensity trained athletes using PEDs.

      If u want before/ mid/ after workouts...use 20g of EAA... Miloš explained at his yt chanel. After workout 40g of whey OR 20g of EAA with everything others thing..creatin, l glutamin dextrose or fruits.. etc..

    Thank you so much for this video and getting the truth out about protein. At 220 lb of lean muscle, I work out six days a week, I eat at no less than 400 grams of protein a day. I shoot for 500. I love my protein shakes
