Hey, thanks for swiging by. You should delete the bounced emails right away! And for hotmail, you can still configure it and use but its best to create a new dedicated domain with your domain using.

Do you know if the email trigger events you used in the workflows (email event > Bounced - mailgun only) actually means LC email only or can i use a paid mailgun account and change to SMTP provider as mailgun and not LC email?

@@MrSkip909 Any Mailgun works fine. Including LC email. Cause LC email is also backed by Mailgun.

For Agency section, you still need to setup dedicated domain for all email that's send out from your Agency and for your subaccount, yes, set it all up!
