Thanks for coming over, glad you got to experience our style of racing and how popular it is here in the UK with the contact element. You added a welcome twist to the weekend for us fans. Come back when it's a dirt World Final in 2025!
At the beginning you say you wish you could have done better, but I don't think anyone from a non-contact background could have jumped in at the deep end like that and been able to challenge the top drivers. It takes years to get good at this. You did exceptionally well and I doubt anyone who knows the sport would think otherwise. It's also totally understandable that the contact wasn't for you; it was like inviting a soccer player to take part in the Superbowl. Not everyone is built for contact sports. Thanks for making these videos and I'm glad that you enjoyed the experience.
Its not that your delicate it just that its different. Its just as intimidating going the other way, from from the security of having bumpers and driving away to having a car you cant make contact with. Its all different and its good to do different things and have an appreciation and respect for what other people do
Not just a "mans" sport. The girls get stuck in as well. Look at Catherine Harris.........think her brother does a bit of racing to 😂. The exposure you've given our sport has been great. Hope you come back again 👍
Having watched these things onand off over the years on You Tube they make no sense. 50s crash and bash with heavyweight tanks but with good engines. On a mish mash of dirt bias belt speedway tyres and radial rally tyres. What could go wrong? Plus on dirt they run signs instead of wings,, maybe give sidebite but not traction. As for 800hp, I dont think so. Yes the engines sound strong and 600 is believeable but they are not revving them. 6000 maybe, not 8500 9000 that is required for 800hp. IF they had 800hp they would be slow,, power band is quite narrow. And transit Van diffs would explode!
its so nice to hear an american not shitting on our awesome sport. awesome to have you over
Screw people like that. I think it's cool.
@@libertarianman69totally agree

Bump and Run! Or, "Let It All Hang Out"! Old song from 1967. "The Hombres". It just seems to FIT!

This reminds me of enduro stock car racing.

This has been fun to watch! You make a good tour guide ! What about neck protection in the bumper stocks? 😮👍
Drivers all wear full HANS devices and some use a foam neck brace
The most of drivers use Hans or Simpson hybride systems like me
Come back and try it on the shale, let it hang out a little.
Has anyone offered you a Superstock drive while in NZ yet? If not send me a message 👍
Final winner starts a lap double points in last race.grades/wing colour done on points bassis
To increase spectators, perhaps usa should soak our dirt tracks. WOW… cya. John
