This is probably my favorite Mammal Hands record. Amazing start to finish.
It is absurd how good the opening track is. Bewildering how each track pulses its way into my being. Rekindling life with a flick of a button on my phone. I’m so grateful for this music. I hope more people can hear it.

Awesome album ! Perfect for this Christmas Night, first snow of winter falling on this beautiful eve, sitting by my fire in a cabin , in the forest, on a little island, in the sea.
picture it- listening to slow and soft music of this kind, while its 8 or 9 at night, while reading a book and snuggling in with your boy or girlfriend clinging to you. those moments of peace.... is achievable ^^
The older I get the more I enjoy nice jazz. This is great. So is Matthew Halsall. Check him out.

Too many sax players confuse their instrument for another one (...) and practice a never-ending musical masturbation.
I've been listening to a lot of instrumental music like this in my life, and so far, Mammal Hands is the only band with a predominant sax that is not obnoxious and blends well with the other instruments. A very nice exchange between sax and piano.
