Same here. The problem occurs only with UWP apps/windows (maximize from taskbar) on two BenQ SW240 monitors on displayport, SDR mode, 10 bpc(!). The problem doesn't occur in standard Windows apps like File Explorer, Notepad, Paint etc. and when I restore both monitors to 8 bpc. If one of the monitors is left in 10 bpc depth, the problem persists on both monitors, even on a monitor that is 8 bpc at the time. Rest of my specs: Palit GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GameRock 8GB, AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, Gigabyte X570 AORUS MASTER with 32 GB RAM (G.SKILL 2x16 GB, 3200MHz CL16 Trident Z), PSU be quiet! Straight Power 11 850W 80 Plus Gold, BIOS/drivers up to date. Thank you hadouken for this video.

This is exactly what I am experiencing and have a 2080Ti FE and an MSI Creator PS321URV, Core i9 9900k with 128 GB RAM on a Z390 motherboard. My monitor also has HDR and is rated Vesa Display HDR 600. This issue doesn't happen in HDR mode, just SDR mode (10 bpc). Nvidia has ignored my posts since August 29th 2019 (Which was the first fully 30-bit supported driver). That date was when all of this started happening.

I know it's a 2+ year old video but is this still happening to you? It's been bugging me for a while now and I've only just figured out it's because of 10-bit colour after running display driver uninstaller which defaulted me back to 8-bit. Same thing as you describe, only when opening certain apps from the taskbar. I heard disabling Windows animations can fix it but it didn't work for me on Windows 11.
I saw you got it fixed with a later driver, but curious if it ended up coming back. I'm on the latest driver so not really sure what's causing this.

Just tested with SD 531.41 - no problem.
