Hi from İzmir. Turkish Riviera is amazing, you can also find little, hidden gems everywhere. Popular destinations are generally more crowded and expensive. On your trip you may visit, Adrasan, Kekova, Göcek, Datça, Akyaka, Lake Bafa, Doğanbey, Şirince, Sığacık, Ilıca, Alaçatı and lots of small towns. Maybe next time :)
OMG! Turkish Riviera in a nutshell! Presentation - a revelation (interesting, unusual places, bird's-eye-view photos, a specific, no unnecessary adjectives description, maps, price lists, ...! Also very nice presenters! (Tomato topic - bomb!) Bon voyage!
What a beautiful country, You get what you deserve to have in the world; history, culture, organic foods, Mediterranean Sea, great beaches, gorgeous landscapes, what esle you what from the life. We enjoyed your videos in Turkey. Thanks for sharing with us.
Antalya itself has a lot more than the Old Town. Sure it is nothing like Istanbul but you have the very long, sandy Lara Beach and 7-8km long famous Konyaalti Beach with all the cafes and social life. The main attractions are around Antalya, including beautiful mountains and ancient sites. Same with İzmir, you have Alaçati, Çeşme among other locations nearby. And the city itself is very big with a few lovely spots.
We visited Hadrian's Gate in Antalya (we also visited Hadrian's Wall in England) which was pretty cool. The Duden waterfall upstream, you can walk BEHIND the waterfall which was awesome. Kekova (Sunken City) boat trip was highlight of our trip where we swam in 3-4 different spots all were very nice. The Turkish Turquoise Coast is really worth a visit. Antalya, Olympos, Adrasan, Kas, Demre, Suluada, Fethiye, Marmaris, Bodrum are famous. We are glad you guys are enjoying the beautiful Turkish Coastline. Love & respect from Bangladesh

It would be nice if you could stay in Kaş for one more day and take a boat tour there. Boat tours depart from Kaş, which take you around the Sunken City and Simena Island with its magnificent view^^ Also, I want to fix a few things, there are actually big beaches in Antalya, like Konyaaltı beach. And not Kulkan, but Kalkan. :) The reason why there are so many Britons in Kalkan is that most of the people living there are British citizens. Kalkan is one of the few places where the British showed interest and settled. Others Marmaris, and Çalış in Fethiye region. And in fact, if you had stayed in Çalış, you would have stayed close to both Fethiye and Ölüdeniz, and at a more affordable price.^^

Guys, love your enthusiasm, positive attitude and the beautiful smiles on both your faces and also you transfer to our faces. You're sharing great videos, thank you for that. That said, your Turkey visit seems to be a little rushed this time. So, we hope to welcome you back another time maybe after you drop down a few more locations from your travel bucket list. You should visit some of the beautiful locations you've skipped in a hurry and also see other parts of Turkey with many different vibes, get to be in more historic sites from different times, meet and mix-in with some locals, experience more authentic Turkish life and, last but not the least, eat more Turkish food, especially even more delicious tomatoes :) Wish you the best on your journey... 👋♥
Thank you so much! We definitely DEFINITELY will be back🥰🙌🏻. We rushed our road-trip a little because the price of car rental, petrol, and accommodation was adding up and was a lot more expensive than we anticipated. The whole trip before that was too. So we had to do it in a limited time🙏🏻
You really should have visited Ölüdeniz... I can honestly say it was one of the best places I visited so far! And doing the paragliding is a must! That's how you get the best view of Ölüdeniz! Also, Kayaköy, which is on the next mountain hill to the Babadag mountain is amazing! Guys, unfortunately you missed the best places from the Turkish riviera...

You're brave. Maybe, have done practice before? Claire! You're absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed watching the beautifully done video.
Thank you for this kind comment 🙏 Quite true about the waterfalls, we've been spoiled from growing up in SA and living in Bali, Indonesia. Yes SA drives on the left and it was actually my first time driving on the opposite side. It was quite challenging at first but the fact that it was an automatic car helped a lot!

It’s a pity you didn’t give Oludeniz a chance - I think it depends on the weather, we had a hot sunny day and the water was bright turquoise, I’ve never seen water that blue in the blue lagoon. We then took a boat out for the day in Fethiye to 12 islands, the most amazing blue water (similar to Bodrum) but you didn’t give it a chance. We’re going again in 2 weeks time, we’ll def drive to Kas and Marmais. I’m also originally from Cape Town, living in the UK. 😁😎 We’ll be taking those sea shoes with on this trip, those pebbles really hurt your feet, if you walk barefoot.
You skipped lots of beautiful places. Olympos, Patara beach, Iztuzu beach, Dalyan, Marmaris and beaches around, Cleopatra beach, Akyaka and Akyaka beach, Boat trip from Fethiye, Kusadasi and beaches, Selcuk, etc.. In izmir there was an ancient city called Agora just 500meters away from you (when u were in Konak), also Kordon. I dont know if u go on tripping around that places.
Thanks for the tips! No, we didn’t. This would have taken a lot more time therefore more money that we couldn’t afford. Accommodation and car hire was costing $100+ a day. Maybe one day when RUclips pays 10X more we can go back 😊

Hi. We are from CT and are strongly considering a trip to the Turkish Reveira next year May. Just one question: the costs mentioned in terms of food is that per person or for a couple? The cruise in Bodrum, was that per couple or per person? Thanks

If you value natural beauty, make sure to visit during April and May. Whether you choose the Alanya-Side area-two of Europe's most popular mass tourism centers-or decide to travel along the entire western coast, you'll encounter breathtaking Mediterranean landscapes. You'll be welcomed by bright yellow mimosa blossoms, oleanders in every shade of pink, signature Mediterranean bougainvillea, and countless fruit trees lining the roads. During this time, the Turkish coasts exude a vitality that could bring even the dead back to life.
Thanks for the video. In the 3rd minute you say there is no beach in the city center. But this is completely wrong. I assume you haven't seen the one in Konyaalti in the west of Antalya, Konyaaltı beach is about 7.5 kilometers long. Likewise, there are sand beaches just behind the cliffs in the east of Antalya.
@@RhettandClaire I watched you for the first time. I just finished the video. It's pretty good. We will definitely wait for you next time. Here are some of the activities you can find in Konyaalti: Europe's 2nd largest Ferris wheel, city view by cable car, aquarium, nice restaurants and cafes along the beach, night clubs, aquapark. You should also see the ancient city of phaselis and its beach next time :)
Kas is one of the most beautiful places in my beautiful country. In fact, it is a hidden treasure, which is more preferred by foreigners. Enjoy it guys. If you want to taste different flavors, I also recommend you to go to Antep, Antakya or Adana. Yours sincerely
While being on Kas, you could go for one or two days on a Greek island which is pretty near... named Kastellorizo.. You could have the experience of enjoying a Greek island plus turkey seaside. There is a boat connecting the two places in so little time. Edit: you talked about it after I wrote my comment..
If you are into ancient sites there is a lovely place called "Anemurium" by the sea and "Mamure Castle" also placed by the sea in Anamur, well it is not close to Antalya but I think you're gonna like to explore there too
Hi. We are planning to visit Turkey this June. We were actually hesitant to go there due to the earthquake it had last year. Are there any repercussions due to that in Turkey? I assume you haven't seen the one in Konyaalti in the west of Antalya, Konyaaltı beach is about 7.5 kilometers long. Likewise, there are sand beaches just behind the cliffs in the east of Antalya.
Thank you for letting us know🙏🏻. Our Airbnb host told us wrong😭
I can not believe you missed Akyaka town and butterfly valley
great video👍
Kas is one of the most beautiful places in my beautiful country. In fact, it is a hidden treasure, which is more preferred by foreigners. Enjoy it guys. If you want to taste different flavors, I also recommend you to go to Antep, Antakya or Adana. Yours sincerely
Actually, Antalya has the longest white sand beaches in the whole Mediterranean. How didn't you see them, one wonders.
Güzel 🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷
You are most welcome to my beautiful country :)
This vlog should be in history of RUclips
I felt I'm there jumping in Walter
I Lovet 😍😋😂😃
Thank you for watching and supporting us! We are so glad you enjoyed the video:)
Nice channel! Subscribed to see more traveling :)
wellcome guys... This experience is %10 for this region. Adrasan, Çıralı, Kaleköy, Kekova, Dalaman, Göcek, Köyceğiz, Yuvarlakçay, Sarıgerme, Dalyan, İztuzu, Gökova, Akbük, Akyaka, Selimiye, Datça, Bozburun, Çeşme, Ilıca, Şifne, Alaçatı bla bla....
While being on Kas, you could go for one or two days on a Greek island which is pretty near... named Kastellorizo..
You could have the experience of enjoying a Greek island plus turkey seaside.
There is a boat connecting the two places in so little time.
Edit: you talked about it after I wrote my comment..
If you are into ancient sites there is a lovely place called "Anemurium" by the sea and "Mamure Castle" also placed by the sea in Anamur, well it is not close to Antalya but I think you're gonna like to explore there too
Love your video have you been told you resemble Matt Smith?
What time of the year did you to this trip?? Weather looks perfect
Hi. We are planning to visit Turkey this June. We were actually hesitant to go there due to the earthquake it had last year. Are there any repercussions due to that in Turkey? We are going to cover Bodrum, Antalya, Cappadocia and Istanbul in the same order. Also, we were confused between Turkey and Greece. Can you suggest which will be better if we can cover only one country in mid to end June. We have around 10-14 days. Thanks. :)
welcome to türkiye
