My mental health started to worsen when I was about 8 and nosedived when I was 11, when I had to be hospitalized (which did not help at all). I'm 18 now, and much better off. I'm almost fully functioning! But this really helped me, and I've been watching your videos since I was about 11 (sry if I made you feel old) and I just wanted to say thank you for 7 years of tingles.
