This is a good music, but it has nothing to do with nightcore to slap a nice Manhwa Marianne as a cover onto it to call it Nightcore. Nightcore is a Genre with high-pitched-voices in a (quick) forte fortissimo, created around 2000 and well known in the Anime-fanbase. This is the reason why nightcore remixes are most of the time accelerated versions, which lead to higher-pitched-voices and where complemented with a hard base-line.
