The Maiko is Tomitsuyu from Gion Higashi this must have been taken some time ago since she is a junior Maiko in this video her Misedashi was in summer 13 and she is not a first year so probably 2015 she became a Geiko in early 2019. She spent her junior high school years on a student exchange in NZ hence her good English.
