I found this script! It converts all scene's vray materials to max's standard material. It keeps diffuse colors and diffuse maps! www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/vray-material-to-standard-material
As a 3d render is amazing, but as design it’s to much going on in one space . Ottoman, chair, art on the wall, it’s either the lamp or plan in one corner. Just saying! 🙃 I really like your work you’re amazing

How did you save those versions of the model which were assembled in photoshop? The completely white and dark ones, which were merged in photoshop
You choose them in Lumion before eporting

L10.3 version has Revit Live Sync. Updates automatically.
How did u made other two black and white images which you combined in photoshop. Were they lumion renders? If yes how did u get them.
you select them in Lumion before you render

You need to play with the material adjustment sliders to get the desired look
