It's quite obviously kanji (Japanese), not Chinese. I think the biggest giveaway is that it's on a Japanese video reuploaded from niconico, if that's not enough, i recognize a lot of the characters as being kanji, some katakana and hiragana is in there too and even google translate (which sucks, i know) agrees with me on this one so by saying it's Chinese you're just making yourself look stupid :)
