Wow! I’m so pleased to have found this hack. All the others were so complicated and it suits me because I don’t have a sewing machine. Thank you so much!
Very neat idea! I find most of the t-shirts I buy these days are made with too low necklines. I like the shirts, but groan when it comes to repairs. Thanks!
Thank you so much! Worked amazing to tighten up my very loose collar! One thing to note is that the “V” has the effect of pulling up the bottom of the garnet at the hem. It should be fine, but to avoid a lopsided hem of the garment where the front is higher then the back, make the shoulder seam fall right in the middle of the “V”. In the video, the “V” falls in front of the shoulder seam. Just a tip 👍
Of all the videos I watched, this one suits me the best. I don't want to sew buttons or make visible folds to alter the style of the garment. And yes, no need to use a sewing machine is a huge plus. Thanks so much for the upload!'
Seriously this is the easy, very neat and look so great 👍🏻 I just already done sewing on my shirt and it's really2 works and it's real😍. Thanks you so so so much for sharing this genius tips🙏🏻😊
Looks good. I would have just stiched it across with my machine, but I can see your method allows it to be straight. If I sewed it across the ends probably wouldn't match.
Thanks lots lots for this !! But...when I tried pulling the thread at the end of sewing ...the thread snapped !!!😰 And twice...😭 Is there something not right with my thread...or? I already pulled very gently...🥺 Please advise. Thanks lots!❤️
Yay! Thanks lots for the advice... It worked as I switch to a thicker thread...pulling gently though I did with the first times threads, this time it was ok...will try the double thread u suggested soon. Thanks lots lots for the help!👍 Please take good care and stay masked!!❤️
The best part of this is I don't need a sewing machine to do this! THANK YOU for teaching us how to do this on BOTH sides, too!!

Looks like something I can do! What kind of thread do you use, so that it won't break when you pull it tight.
Normal sewing thread.

But...when I tried pulling the thread at the end of sewing ...the thread snapped !!!😰
And twice...😭
Is there something not right with my thread...or? I already pulled very gently...🥺
Please advise. Thanks lots!❤️
Take 4 layers of thread so the thread will become thicker and then pull it gently.
Yay! Thanks lots for the advice...

You can also pull the thread every 2-3 stitches as you go. This helps to lessen pucker & it's called a blind stitch.
will this method also work on sweatshirts as well?
yes, it will work.
Wow.. So easy. Tq
