As someone who build lots of 4 stars I disagree Best ten 4 stars to build are Bennett xingqiu Xinagling Fischl Sucrose Kuki Chevy (even as a healer not accounting for her overload buff) Ororon (only in Electrocharge teams) Noelle (when pared with Furina) Yao Yao (for aggravate team) Honorable mention (Ga Ming if you have him c6 with xinayun/furina, Faruzan if you have c6 for anemo DpS, Diona as a shielder/healer)

@@NoahSSP Yelan is better if you don't have Xingqiu with good constelations. For Yoimiya I think is better Xingqiu because of his interrumption resistance, but nothing more. Yelan is more easier to buid, HP, Crit and ER, Xingqiu needs ATK%, Crit and ER, ATK% is more difficult to achieve :( I like him but I don't have his C6

Kachina, she can do a lot of dmg with her burst plus elemental dmg bonus
Yup, don't build any 4* support anemo character/ natlan support character.
Not like they give massive value with their artifacts or something

yelan is good but Xingqiu is still more viable in most situations. At the end it comes down to preference anyways. @@Light_Zee
