I LOVED GIVING MY AUSSIE FRIEND SO MANY JAPANESE SNACKS!!!! 😍 Honestly editing this was the most fun I've had in ages!!! (PS this was filmed earlier this year!)
Always fun bringing new things for your friends to try! Thanks for making this video for us! Looking gorgeous as always, awesome seeing you have so much fun! 😂❤
セーラ殿、the kids are watching, COME ON! haha just kidding! this kind of humor is really fun! and your friend too i wanna see more of her on your videos! cheers!
Hello Tia! The energy with you two is fantastic! I laughed when you got to the wasabi bbq chips and the both of you started to fiend. And you know it gets hot in Aus when a mister fan is a valid Christmas gift. Great vid! Thanks Sarah!
WOOOO! We even got to go home for a video! LOVED IT!! Great snacks, hilarious reviews, and absolutely gorgeous hosts! 10/10 Killing it as always Sarah!! 🍡🇯🇵➕🇦🇺🍡
I was watching a video of eating mochi, but I think it tastes better if you add soy sauce to the sugar. In Japan, it is called 「satoujyouyu」 I think it's best to brown the mochi in the oven before eating.
You are very cute Sarah. I am a Dane living in Japan. I am sure I saw you at Chitose Karasuyama station one early morning on a sunday with a Caucasian guy. We were walking the same path from the station in the direction of Kosei Gakuen. I was thinking about asking you in German are you Sarah? Decided not to. I hope have success with your channel .
I remember a lot of those snacks from my childhood in Tokyo. I agree with Tia, that Calpico one is weird. That and the katsu one look the exact same and seem to have not changed at all from my childhood.
Dude noooo xD The mochi, you need some thick shoyu and some non refined sugar there to make it tasty... could be brown sugar, or demerara sugar. Enough of both to mix up and make a sorta thick sauce. I'd also recommend serving on a plate and using a fork to really press and mix the mochi with the soy sauce sugar mixture. Just soy sauce makes it a bit too bland. But you know what? I think I know what I'm eating today... xD The best thing about those soap bar looking mochi is that they last a really long time... but of course, I still prefer the freshly pounded ones. Fun video Sarah!
That sounds like the sauce I'd have with new years mochi! But for real, my host family during my study abroad only gave it to me with soy sauce.. I swear!! haha Maybe it was their style of doing things. Next time I'll give Tia and try how you recommended!
@@seerasan xD No Sarah, you are probably right... the way I eat comes from old generation of immigrants that had to adapt local foodstuff to Japanese traditions from even before WWII. xD It is super tasty with brown sugar and shoyu though, give it a try! :D
Sarah, Tell Tia that some of those snacks are available in Aus. Stuff like Caramel Corn, Cup noodles (Most of them and it has to be the JPN ones), Melty Kiss, Unique Pocky and KitKats, The Wasabi Chips etc. She can find them in Daiso, or any Japanese Grocery stores.

Caramel Corn is my favourite of all time 🤤 I was so glad that I can enjoy some of their new flavours even in here 😀🇦🇺
white chocolate and strawberry or other berry is the king flavor for dessert.🤩🤩🤩
