Mwanesi and Cynthia are just enough to do the final review. I personally think celebs arriving in fuel guzzlers is too fictitious. I would rather you have a segment for interviewing architect, fundis, landscapers, molders, pool guys, etc as you did in one of your Runda projects. These are men/women who should be celebrated as they get their hands dirty often without recognition.
Needless to say, this particular house is WOW X 1000. To nit-pick, I would change the oversized low hanging chandeliers as some are asymmetrical. I am not fond of dining room sinks but this case is exceptional as the sink is a beauty. Also improve video editing especially the music. Love your shows.

It is indeed a beautiful home but if you'll recognize the African/Ethiop/Ancient Quida's influence on so-called modern day "middle eastern"/+Ancient Iberia we shouldn't give too much credit to outside influence. Those columns are influenced from Queen Hatshepsut's "Queendom" & earlier Khmt Dynasties translated into later so-called Grecian Dynasties that entered into Ancient Khmt territories in the much later years/dynasties and "Copy & Paste" the Archictecture only to give credit to "them"... Careful Now!!!

There is lots of information on RUclips. But kindly indicate the price directly within your description. There is no need to make a phone call in order to know the price. If I had to call every house that would be on the market to know the price, this would be time-consuming. The only thing I am interested in is knowing if the real estate is well priced and, from there, if I want to make a decision about whether my investment is worthy or not. so please kindly market the price next time. Otherwise, you are losing lots of interested customers. See other listings around the world; they are all priced from the beginning or at the end of the video. Thank you
Cynthia did i see it that you removed your shoes😦, some pple would recommend walking on the cold tiled floor it's good for blood circulation, but too much exposure walking bare feet on any indoors tiled floors could be unhealthy are damn cold if one is walking on them bare feet everyday you are only creating a disease which can increase the risk of certain health problems👉🏾vasoconstriction, i would recommend one to be waring barefoot shoes when your indoor floor is tiled all over.
